Packaging was exceptional. Everything was in bubble wrap and the material is good quality. It’s a sturdy design and comes with everything to assemble - screwdriver and even a pair of work gloves. Took about an hour and a half to assemble and it’s a bit tedious. The pieces aren’t labeled, but you can follow the directions pretty easily with the pictures. Still don’t know if my cat will actually use it - that will be a work in progress, but was impressed with the quality of this. Wasn’t sure what to expect, but it is a great value for the price. Also, the wheel isn’t super loud when spinning.

It took a couple months for my cat to figure out how to use the wheel. She just sat on it at our old apartment, but once we got into the new place, she started using it. At 2:30am. When I had it in the bedroom. So now it lives in the living room and she uses it during her 3am witching hour, daily.Setting it up was easy, but it was so labor intensive. If you have a drill, use it. I didn't think to charge mine in advance, so I used a screwdriver and it just sucked.

Assembly was somewhat involved. It took me about 90 minutes to put it together. The one-page instruction sheet covers the essential steps largely in pictures. The many components were perfectly engineered and fabricated so they all went together easily and the finished product works flawlessly. I expect that it will have a long life. Our 8 and 10-pound Siamese cats started enjoying it after only a brief inspection period. Highly recommended.

The media could not be loaded. The written directions were not very helpful, but we figured it out. The video wasn't any better. We had it together within two or three hours. This has to be the best thing I have bought this cat yet. The company takes pride in what they do and how they do it. Is made of a good quality of wood. Packaging was excellent. Yes, it is time consuming, but well worth it in the end. I enticed him with a toy the first 2 attempts; After that, he took off on his own. I AM SO PLEASED WITH THIS WHEEL!!!

Then it changed to 5 weeks, then 4 weeks and was delivered about almost 3 weeks after. No complaints about that but keep in mind it might take a long time to get this item.The actual problem is this item has a heavy glue or plastic type smell to it. It should not be assembled in a closed space. It can be easily carried in 2 pieces after assembly, so plan accordingly. The issue is that I had a door and window open while I put it together. The odor in the living room wasnt terrible. Later when I went to bed, I awoke with shortness of breath and ended up putting a window fan in and turning on the ceiling fan with the door closed to try and evacuate some of the smell that had found its way into my room. The wheel is not in and was not put together in my room. Definitely be aware of the smell. If I knew that before I would assembled the entire thing on the porch and maybe planned for it to be in my shed for a week or so. Again, do NOT assemble in a closed space.

My Bengal cat named Furgie loves her new exercise wheel and took to it surprisingly quick. I had it all put together in under an hour. Was simple enough to do and had a link to a video to watch to make it even more simple to follow along. Is sturdy and looks good in the room. Carpet is removable for easy cleaning. If I could hook up a generator and some storage batteries......lol

Got it all built with my bf and it definitely took longer than expected. Silly little allen wrenches and a bad baby screwdriver is all you are given to put this together. That being said it's good directions just need lots of time. Works great and is decently quiet. Just wish our little goober liked it we will work on it though

It is big enough for my 15 pound cat! Unfortunately, he didn’t use it as much but the product is very well made, worth the price! Took around 30 mins or so to build.

The media could not be loaded. It's been two weeks since we put it together, and I couldn't be happier. It only took two days for my cats to learn how to use it. Of course, we had to show them using our hands, but on the second day, we were surprised by one of our cats using it alone for the first time, and since then, they have been using it for a few seconds several times per day. I've attached one short video of my cats using it. I hope you enjoy it.My only complaint is that the instructions for putting it together are unclear in some steps, but thankfully, they have a video on YT that helps 😅.

Våra katter älskar hjulet! De listade ut helt själva hur de skulle göra. Tänk på att ställa det där det inte stör. Låter en hel del när de springer i det. Går att låsa, men vi har valt att inte göra det för att katterna håller på att riva hela rummet när det inte snurrar. ^^

Las instrucciones son poco sencillasy al realizar el montaje hay q fijarse un poco en la imagen sobre todo a la hora de colocar los tornillos es resto es intuitivo. Es una rueda grande

Le montage a pris beaucoup de temps mais le résultat est parfait. Deux de mes chats s’y sont tout de suite intéressé et joue avec.

La ruota si presenta bene, molto sicura e facile da montare. Esteticamente e’ molto elegante. Leggera nel girare. Inizialmente il gatto era titubante e l ha usata per il pisolino, pian pianino ha iniziato a prendere confidenza facendo le prime corsette… perfetto, sono contenta.
