After a recent medical emergency I realized that I need a phone with me at all times. My daughter showed me her Galaxy 6 Watch and I bought it for the phone access. I was worried that the band would be too large for my 5" wrist but I was able to punch one more hole in the band and it fits perfectly and is quite comfortable. I have the 40mm version. Being new to this technology I'm learning something every day. I love the health aspect which reminds me to get moving when I've been sluggish for too long. It's much more convenient and helpful than my now retired Fitbit. I have tested the bluetooth connection to my phone and it works everywhere in my three story home. I can be in the far reaches of the basement and still make a phone call with the phone upstairs in my bedroom. I like the gold color which is actually a brushed nickel. I've only had this for a couple weeks but so far I'm delighted with the purchase. It was in excellent condition as advertised. I did have to buy an adaptor USB to C so I could charge it in a USB port but that isn't an issue now.

Very pleased with the watch.I didn't really want one but it was going to come in handy for work so I caved and started pricing them. I was okay with just Bluetooth to connect to my phone and I definitely wanted a smaller watch face. It's been a little over a week now and I can't believe I waited so long. Battery life is meh because I do have to charge it every night but that's fine. For being refurbished, I am beyond happy with the purchase and if it only makes it a year or 2 I will consider it money well spent.

Bought this for my elderly mom. I didn't want to buy a brand new one because I didn't know if she would like it, so I decided on this used watch. I'm an Apple guy so I was a little worried about getting it set up for her, but it was actually pretty easy. It has hard fall detection and I set up Google Assistant on it and also set that up so when she long presses the top button she can tell it to call me and it works great!

The watch worked perfectly until the charging cord that came in the package stopped working. Tried multiple outlets, etc, to no avail. Ended up ordering a new charging cord that worked perfectly. Hope this one lasts longer than the first one!

I was skeptical to buy a refurbished watch, however it came just like new and was very good quality upon opening. I have no complaints other than the fact that the watch itself has a very short battery life. While it charges relatively fast, it is the type of watch that has to be charged daily, at the minimum.

The Galaxy Watch 6 I received itself works great. However, the wrong charger was included. Since at least the Galaxy Watch 5, the USB-C Fast Wireless Charger (EP-OR900BBEGWW) was included which allows the watch to charge at its maximum rate. The Galaxy Watch 6 I received included the very old and very slow USB-A wireless charger.I tried contacting Amazon Customer Support to request the correct charger. They claim their only option is to return the watch. After a frustrating hour-long chat session with them with lots of contradicting statements, they claim they're unable to send the correct charger. My only option is to return the watch for a refund. I already configured and am using the watch so this is not an option either.I'll be happy to update my review to a 5-star rating if the original seller contacts me or sends me the correct charger.

We bought identical refurbished Galaxy 6 classic watches in March. They replaced Fitbit Versa units. Many of the exciting new features were not important but nice to have. The battery use was a bothersome issue - less than 24 hrs use resulted in essentially empty batteries without using too many of the apps. Mid-April both watches stopped working almost simultaneously, not taking the charge, one repeatedly turning off and restarting. True to Amazon, returning the defective ones and asking for identical replacements was seamless - one of them arrived in less than 24 hrs and another one is on the way. Time will tell if we are suckers for punishment or if the previous bad experience was an exception. When working, the units were OK.
