Artisan Raiden - Professional Gaming mouse pad (Size: Medium, Foam: Mid, Color: Black)

This is excellent. I never thought I'd describe a mouse pad as luxurious, but this really is. The only "bad" thing is that the pad is actually coffee brown, not black. As in, the colour is coffee brown on the box, not that it's discoloured. I like it though, and it somehow makes the pad seem more premium. As I typed this, I just noticed that the description actually specifies "coffee brown," but I think that should be mentioned in the listing itself to avoid confusion.The base is fantastic and I was surprised at how sticky it actually is, yet it's very easy to peel the pad off my desk. The thickness and softness feel just right, as does the finishing around the edges. Since it's a mid pad, it's very flexible and can be rolled up, but the pad's dense enough that it doesn't crease.If I'm being picky, I probably should've gone for a slightly harder pad for the kind of feel I enjoy most, but there's plenty of glide and the pad's soft enough to preserve my pad feet. As a comparison, I had a Qck Mini years ago and its surface not only felt awful, but became sticky very quickly.I avoided Artisan pads for years, because their prices always seemed to be quite high. However, this is actually cheaper than the more expensive hard pads and it's not hugely expensive compared to some soft pads. Definitely worth the price.
