We ordered this for a 1600 mile round trip. Every seat in the Pilot was full, so there was zero space for luggage. I have roof racks but no crossbars, so we just used them, loaded it on the roof and strapped that sucker down tight. It worked great. The wind was TERRIBLE the whole trip, and other than shifting back just a bit, it stayed right where we put it. No rips or tears and everything stayed dry. The material and zipper seem to be pretty heavy duty. It was in the same shape when we got home that is was out of the box, the 3 states worth of bugs not withstanding. It also has a LOT of space. We put luggage for 7 people and a dog in it and had to bring extra pillows for the open space. I would buy it again.

worked well for out vacation. held a lot of stuff. in fact if my roof was wider we could have fit all of our luggage into the bag. I felt like my things were secure and safe from the weather. we did go through rain and smoke from a forest fire. Our stuff didn't smell or get wet.

This carrier is exactly what I needed for my move. Held up amazingly to high speeds and weather. Zipper works great and is very sturdy. The value is awesome for the price. The carrier was easy to put on ( neec 2 people if your short). Had way more space than I expected. And was easy to fold back down and put I. It’s case.

This is a very sturdy, waterproof and roomy carrier. It holds more than I thought it would and it does not flap and make noise.Well worth the money!

This thing is a beast! My wife and I go on road trips pretty often and take our two dogs in the backseat. With limited space inside the car, the trunk fills up quickly and it's a challenge to find a place to put larger items like suitcases, tent, sleeping bags, etc. This cargo carrier makes it simple.The pictures really don't do it justice as to how much can fit in the carrier. I was able to easily fit two suitcases and three large bags, and as you can see there's still much more room for other items.This is perfect for family road trips, camping trips, or even anyone who needs to transport cargo or equipment for work and doesn't have a utility vehicle or truck.It works with or without a roof rack, which is great because I don't have one.It's also extremely heavy-duty. The quality is very durable, and it's completely waterproof. This will definitely be getting regular use from now on.

Zipper breaks easy, and the Matt doesn't stay . It's not for a car without bars. Return policy is wrong. If it don't work even if it's described to work , there's a parcel refund or no refund.

Traveled with it from RI to AZ in the rain and all items were intact and not wet. Stayed safely secured the whole trip! Fits a lot of stuff !

Wir haben vorher viel verglichen und uns aufgrund des Preises für dieses Produkt entschieden.Die Dachbox ist einfach zu installieren, wir hatten noch eine Anti-Rutsch-Matte untergelegt, und kann auch sehr gut an der Dachreling befestigt werden.Sehr viel Stauraum, so dass der Kofferraum im Vergleich zu vorherigen Urlauben wirklich für die restlichen Dinge statt Koffer und Taschen genutzt werden konnte.600 Kilometer Fahrt Richtung Dänemark mit einigen Regenschauern war kein Problem.Die Dachbox saß fest (ich habe zu Sicherheit noch 2 Zurrgurte verwendet) und das Gepäck war noch so wie eingepackt.Sehr gut ist, dass man die Box dann einfach abnehmen kann, was wir bisher bei einer festen Dachbox nie gemacht haben.Zusammengepackt ist diese Dachbox sehr leicht in der mitgelieferten Tasche zu verstauen.Auf dr Rückreise am Vortag gepackt, über Nacht bis zur Abfahrt Dauerregen - aber das Gepäck blieb trotzdem trocken.Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ich suchte etwas für den Familienurlaub. Der klassische Koffer war mir zu sperrig. Die Tasche lässt sich einfach und schnell anbringen. Stabil und Platz ohne Ende. Und das platzsparende Format ist gut im Keller zu lagern. Für die fahrt habe ich noch eine Anti-Rutschmatte genutzt.

Haben die Dachbox in unserem Sommerurlaub testen können. Auf dem Hinweg sind wir in einen langanhaltenden Starkregen gekommen. Die Sachen waren etwas klamm. Vermutlich macht es mehr Sinn die Box mit dem Reißverschluss nach hinten zu befestigen. Dies haben wir auf dem Rückweg gemacht.Von der Größe her haben wir alle Koffer einer 4-köpfige Familie unterbekommen und noch reichlich Platz seitlich zum Stopfen mit Klamotten.Das Beste an allem. Sie ist verpackt wirklich handlich und nimmt nicht viel Platz im Keller in Anspruch.Alles in allem für den Preis wirklich eine gute Dachbox.
