small and compact and works great for travel!
Love this steamer. This is replacing another larger version that I had that took too much space. I love that this one can be used internationally and plan to do that soon. The head rotates for easy storage in a bag. It heats up quickly, has several easy to navigate settings, and can steam several pieces before needing to be refilled. Great purchase!

Totally worth it!
This is THE BEST steamer. It’s easily transportable, compact, dual voltage for travel. We brought it with us to Japan and had no issues. It heats up quick and gets the wrinkles out of clothing beautifully. It’s perfect!

Consistently works on multiple fabrics
This steamer heats up fast, is easy to use, and works well. I've used handheld steamers for many years and was in the market to replace a small one that stopped working.Pros:-Compact design-Ease of use-2 steam settings-Successfully removed wrinkles from silk, cotton, polyester, and linen. Many travel steamers aren't strong enough to fully steam my pants, so this was a win.Cons:-Quite heavy for something that is marketed as a "travel steamer". I ended up putting it in my checked bag for my last 2 trips because of the size/weight-The hot plate where the steam comes out is seriously dangerous. I've never had a steamer with a metal plate on the end, and wouldn't buy another after having this one. It's marketed as an "iron" feature, but just picture the handle of an iron being 2" from the metal plate and then waving it in the air repeatedly. Because of the weight of the steamer head, it naturally is top heavy. Not ideal.-Tons of reviews about the broken steamer head where it attaches to the wand. Now that I've used it, I can see how easily this would happen and I'm expecting the mechanism to eventually fail from repeated twisting.

Great Steamer, Great Customer Service
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this steamer about 6 months ago and loved it! Traveled with it as well. For whatever reason after 6 months it stopped working. HOWEVER, I reached out to customer service via email and was helped by Jaina who is so nice! They immediately shipped a replacement. The replacement looks like an updated version of the one I had (slightly different coloring) and it seems to work better too, so I'm very pleased!Things I love about this steamer :– Very easy to use– Light weight!– Produces a good amount of steam, even on low heat, which is great!– Steam is continuous– It looks nice, which is a plus
