All came alive except for 3-4 roaches. Even had some food for it. Would buy again. Crested gecko loves them. Just bought 3 more of them hope they are all alive too.

My geckos love roaches so I purchased several times a year. Always well-packed and nice survival rate of the roaches for cross-state shipping (more or less a week on the way), which is impressive. Way better value than anything that I can find either online or in local stores.

Late on writing this review. But I did give the seller an opportunity to respond back to me about my order. In fact he responded right away when he got the message. I did write a bad review but I had no idea how to check messages on Amazon. I would give him 10 stars on customer service and the roaches were exact size and bearded loved them. Will order again

I thought this was a really fair price for 100 extra small roaches. I wanted to feed them to my baby toads but they arrived dead, and I was sure to get the package the SECOND the mail man got here. On another note, a lot of the roaches looked way too big to be the extra small size. I understand that it's the middle of winter right now, but I swore I read that the roaches were guaranteed to arrive alive, and if there were doubts of that, then they should have sent me a warning before purchasing. In the package, there was also a little note saying that they do NOT guarantee live arrival and they mentioned buying a heat pouch next time, but while purchasing, the heat pouch wasn't even there as an option. 1 STAR!!!

This is our second time ordering extra small dubia roaches for our toad. The first time they came well protected and all alive and thriving. This time they came packed with heating to keep them warm through winter travels. They are once again alive and thriving. Our toad loves them. Highly recommend for the quick shipping and very safe packaging. We will be ordering again.

Ordered these for my gecko and the shipping was faster than the arrive by date. When I opened the box there were roaches of different sizes some too big for my gecko but plenty small ones he could manage. Overall I am satisfied with the quick delivery and my gecko is happy to be fed so I am happy.
