Comfortable, strong and relatively easy to assemble
I am 6' - 1" tall and weigh a little less than the 300 recommended max for this chair. It fits me very well. I rarely ever use the hydraulic lifts in chairs, since I like to have the seat low. So, I doubt I will be putting much strain on the hydraulics. I can tell you that I have been sitting in a gaming chair for 8-10 hours a day for nearly 3 years. Despite adding an extra lumbar support and two cushions to the seat along the way, it has nearly wrecked my back. I sat in this, without any additional cushions, or lumbar supports, and it fit me perfectly. True, there is no place to rest my head, but I have found that I almost never rest my head while working, so the higher backs with the head cushions mean nothing to me. This one stops at about my shoulders, which is perfect. This chair has a rocking function. I specifically sought that out. My previous gaming chair had a tilting back that eventually just slowly tilted back, whether I wanted it to or not, eventually leading to no back support whatsoever. I immediately felt the lumbar support in exactly the right spot when I sat in this chair. The arm rests do not adjust, but that is fine with me. I am pretty good adjusting to what height the chair I am in has for the arm rests. What I wanted was the ability to lift the arms out of the way, because when I want to sit closer to my desk, the arm rests of my previous chair kept getting in the way. Now, it is no longer an issue.Pros: Firm cushion, anyone saying it is too hard, obviously has never owned a chair for a long time and can appreciate the need for it to start off firm. Rocking function, nicely padded arm rests that fold out of your way, good back support. Wide and deep seat. Wheels to help you move the chair back and forth.Cons: The "tilt" adjuster that regulate the firmness(?) of the rocking function is pretty much impossible to reach while in the chair. This should be something you set and forget anyway, so it shouldn't be a big deal.Things you should know: This chair has a rocking function. This means that it will rock forward slightly into what some reviewers are calling a forward tilt. If you lean forward, it will lean forward slightly. If your feet are on the ground, you should be pushing the chair slightly back, which negates the forward tilt. So, as long as you sit fully back in the chair with your feet on the ground, there is no forward tilt. Whomever wrote the review that the seat rocks in the completely wrong direction, did not read the sign on the bottom of the seat that clearly states which part faces forward. The directions are sparse. I'm the kind of guy that really only needs the pictures and the numbers indicating which screws to use to be able to assemble things, so it didn't bother me. It is always a good idea to hold off tightening all of the screws in any given step, until you have placed all of the screws in just a little. This should help with any misalignment issues some reviewers claim. I'm not saying misalignments won't occur, but they are far less likely to be an issue if you don't tighten everything 100% as soon as you get the screw in. Directions are usually packaged loose on top of everything, or attached to the hardware packet. The directions were in the plastic wrap with the seat, which made me initially think there were none. I'll try and update this once I have had a chance to really break it in.

Super Comfortable!
This is the most comfortable office chair I've ever had!Practical, easy to assemble, and rolls easily. You can adjust height and back. The arms can also be folded up or down, which is great if you're trying to save some space and tuck it under your desk.Great value for the price.

Great Chair for a Small Space
This solid chair was quick and easy to assemble. Bought it for my son who said it was more comfortable than anticipated and fits perfectly in his small desk space at home. However this is not a small chair, my son is 6' and fits the chairs perfectly. The chair is great for sitting long hours (4-6) in a single stretch. My only regret is that it does not recline much to switch up sitting positions. I confused it with another chair that did recline but my son is still very happy with the chair. The materials feel solid, not thin and cheap. Only had it a few months but it feels like it will last for a number of years. We would consider buying another one.

Comfy!
The chair assembly took about 15 minutes; it was quick and easy to put together without issues. The height adjustment with the side lever is especially useful to accommodate to the user's preference and comfort level. The chair has a nice ergonomic design. I have bad posture and back pain as I sit all the time for work. I require a lot of support in which this chair has. The cushion support is very firm yet comfortable for my back and the bottom seating width has just enough extra room for me to shift positions. The arm rest is also padded and allows for sufficient elbow support. The 360 degrees chair rotation and wheels enables for a smooth glide. This is a quality chair and I highly recommend it! You will enjoy it and your back will thank you for it!

Really nice chair
Chair was easy to assemble, works well. I added rollerblade style wheels to replace the crap all office chairs come with. Would buy again. Sits well, arms fold up and out of the way. Swivel and tilt work perfectly.

Good chair. The back does not support your head it is too low. Hits lower back of neck.
Average chair. I am a heavy man 270lbs. Feels good for an hour or 2. After that time to get up and walk around. You can feel the board flex under you at my weight. Nice and wide seat though. Probably best for 230 lbs. Or lower.

Replacing it after 7 months
I bought this chair about 7 months ago and I have to replace it. It was very easy to put together and I used it for several hours every day. It worked for me for a couple weeks before I had to start using an extra chair pad because the seat was very hard and uncomfortable. I stuck it out and continued to use it, but now the seat will no longer lock upright, so I had to replace it.

Comfy all Day
I recently went back to work on a temporary contract basis that requires I spend a lot of time sitting at the computer in my home office. My old chair was causing both back and leg pain. I wanted a comfortable chair and one that the arms would lower so it could be pushed into the computer deck kneehole when not in use. The arms on this one lift up and out of the way.Not wanting to spend a lot of money I brought this chair. It fit all of my needs. No more pain. Nice chair for the price.

Folding up arms a great feature for me who also plays guitar. What I disliked: 1. Rocking was quite stiff with small movement.Overall if it lasts it will be fine.

Terrible chair
OmG what a terrible chair! It's flat, not soft, zero comfort. The shaft bent within a week. An aftermarket cushion did little to elevate the comfort. I am well below the 300lbs weight the manufacture brags about. DO NOT WASTE THE MONEY! Keep scrolling on to the next chair. It cannot be worse than this one. How this scrap got as many good ratings is beyond me. 20 days and it's ready to go out to the side of the road. So sad. What a waste.
