Q: Can u wrap this around glass vase

They have a strong adhesive and will peel off in strips if you’re careful about it. I imagine they’d adhere to glass well. I put them on a swim cap as part of a disco-ball costume and they were impressively robust for the price.

Q: Can this be cut to size?

They separated easily with my craft blade. You can use scissors but the blade is best.
