Got this in and it was packaged really well. The fact the shank is solid was a nice touch. Even though the pin is always your weak point you have more than 2 point contacting the pin now. The powercoat did on the hitch it very durable and fairly thick. Highly recommend 👌

Towed my car hauler with the 2-5/16 ball about 900 miles so far and held up great and smooth. Got 400 miles on the 2" ball and equally impressed.Paint (or powder coating?) does seem to rub off easy, especially on the 5/16" ball, but structurally its sound and its covered by the trailer coupling anyway, so I'm not too worried about it. Would definitely recommend

Handles my heavy trailer great

Hitch is built well and seems to be very sturdy. Only pulled a couple trailers with it so far, but happy with it.

This hitch is very heavy, well made and appears it will tow just about anything. The first one order was damaged and not received. The second one was the wrong size 2.5in instead of 2in and was returned.

I love that it's a a solid product not hollow. It's heavy duty.

This is 40 lbs. of steel towing capacity. Just picking up the box I knew this was solid. Once unboxed and seeing the thickness of the steel, the quality of the welds, I felt confident I had a great hitch.The only reason I got this is I got a new truck that came with a 2 1/2" receiver and I didn't want to have to keep using a sleeve. Well, in reality, I increased my towing capacity to from 7,000 lbs to 15,000 lbs on the 2" ball and from 10,000 lbs to 22,000 lbs on the 2 5/16" ball. I mostly tow around 7,000 lbs on the 2 5/16" and I'm more than happy to have a hitch that's rated for 3x that.Pins work well, it is easy to adjust. If I have one nit to pick, it is that the cotter pins that secure the hitch pins that hold the reversible ball unit to hitch are underwhelming. No problem from a strength angle, they don't bear any weight. All of that seems fine. I just fear that the thin pins may be susceptible to getting bent and loosen which may allow the true load bearing pins to vibrate out. Like I said, really a nit to pick as I carry spares and will simply swap out some beefier ones next time I dig them out.
