Don’t hesitate on this purchase. I was pleasantly surprised how well thought out and put together this cathouse is. I had purchased two in the past by a different brand. I paid more than $200 and those cat houses did not last because they weren’t very washable. They sat directly on the ground and bugs had made their way in as well as water, ruining the pad. This item is elevated off the ground to prevent that sort of problem from happening. The two door feature is wonderful because animals don’t like to be cornered so if there’s not a second escape route chances are they will not go inside of shelters. If they do it leaves them vulnerable if found by a dog or a fox. They really do need that escape route plus it has a wonderful circular window at the very top giving the cat an added sense of safety. The fabrics, especially the insulation is of high-quality. Every detail down to the stitching was impressive. I don’t usually leave comments like this, but I feel this one one is well deserved. You can pay twice as much for a product of lesser quality. I put it out last night in the rain and found all three of my friends huddled inside this morning warm, happy and dry.

Very good heated cat house. We have 3 cats, and already have an older heated house so I thought I'd buy this one, and they have made some improvements, such as if you need to see if there is anyone at home you don't have to shake it like I do with the older one. It has a skylight with a privacy flap. (I can't believe I just typed that) At any rate, the cats like this one better than the elderly one 😁so we took the element out and tossed the old guy. I think you'll like it as it accommodates 3 cats, 2 of which need to seriously diet, but don't tell them I said that as I don't want to hurt their widdle feelwings. But go ahead and give it a try. (not you, the cats, whew) . Pretty sturdy too. easy to clean, is what my son says. His cats not my job. And it is a good looking house. Oh and it has a front and back entrance, just incase.

Bought this for the neighbors' cat that spends more time in my yard than theirs and she loves it. This house is well constructed and the heating pad works well. This snuggle shack has work well over the wither and doing well in the spring so far. I do bot foresee and issues.

Fairly easy to assemble. Outside cats don't seem to care for it much though. It isn't as waterproof as I'd hoped. The mat is pretty damp after any rain.

So far a 5, easy to put together. Large and has good insulation. It’s spring. I hope it lasts under winter conditions. Also hoping the cats don’t scratch it up.

This is a very good quality house for outdoor cats. Easy to assemble.

My cats loved this bed all winter! Two big cats can fit easily . We also had a mom with kittens take a turn too. Great design and quality. Easy to assemble too!

I bought this for the stray cats in our neighborhood to stay in during the winter freeze. It was easy to assemble and it's somewhat sturdy. My concern is that it's not fully insulated. You'd need to get hay to insulated it more. Plus the little hole on the side I'm assuming for a warming blanket is not big enough for a plug to go through. So in my opinion, it's not worth the price. Other than that the cats still use from time to time.
