At first I was nervous about buying stoneware or any type of dish collection from Amazon. I had this idea that stoneware would be very heavy and very porous in texture. These dishes are a game changer. They are so lighweight and beautifully made. Like I said, I thought they would be heavy but they are super light and easy to handle. The color is so vibrant and unique to each plate/bowl/cup and the glaze finish is very smooth, yet you can still keep a good grip on them and won't slip out of your hands when washing or handling.

Love the look! They seem to be holding up well. Fit in the dishwasher.

Love the color. Love the sizes. Love the variability of the colors/edges/hammered texture - this shows that they are "handmade and thrown". What I don't like is the centers of the small plates aren't centered - they were not checked well for quality control. When I realized this it was too late to send them back, but both sets are like this. I truly love the colors and other variability of them, but this one thing really makes me give them a much lower rating than I would have.The sets (bought 2 to have a setting for 8) are very heavily made - which is a plus. They seem to be very durable. But the issues with the quality of the small plates for a "commercial" product is unacceptable for the price being paid for them.Edited 8/14/24: The manufacturer reached out to me to make the issues with the small plates right. They were very apologetic and empathetic to the fact that there had been issues with the small plates. They have ensured that the issues are being dealt with at the manufacturing facilities. We came to a mutual resolution which was satisfactory for both parties. Due to the CS Department reaching out to make these issues right I have increased my 3 star rating to a 4 star rating. I withheld 1 star due to the original problems with the product, otherwise this Seller is really great to work with.

I hav3e been trying to reach the seller and Amazon. An I am not getting through to them. A salad dish arrived broken and a plate is chipped. I do not want a refund all I want is to get replacements and I cannot make contact with anybody. I am hopping the seller reads this and can offer me replacements I really like the two sets of dishes that I purchased. I have family coming and I would like my dining area at be perfect. Please somebody contact me.

The plate set is nice, thick, and heavy, and the blue coloring is perfect for me, so much so that I ordered their soup bowl, too.

Beautiful dishes,if a bit heavy. Sadly, within two weeks the one of large plates cracked simply sitting in the sink. We have had one small plate crack completely in half in the microwave as well. A second large plate and a bowl have gotten large chips as well. These would be absolutely perfect for everyday use, if only they were a bit sturdier.

I bought 1 set and had to come back for another set. They are absolutely beautiful. I love the deep colors and texture. Each piece is unique and varies, which I love but others might not so beware, they aren’t identical. The color is almost a sage green with a deep turquoise/teal on top with a deep brown/black lip.

My first set of blue dishes and I'm in love. Each piece is slightly different and has its own character, whether the pattern within or the depth of colour, and yet they all work together as a cohesive set. I love the shape of the bowls and the pattern on the sides. Because they are stoneware and therefore not completely uniform, it may take a bit of rotating the plates when putting into the dishwasher to get them to stand up straight. Bonus points for not forcing us to buy the cups; I think most of us already have too many!

At age 56 I finally wanted a grown up set rather than bits and pieces. This set is a real gem. A good size, they feel and look stunning and a fair price. Delivery was prompt. I'm really happy with this purchase
