I am using this fan for keeping mosquitoes away while hanging out on our deck. I think the fan helps blow them away, and also when using the cooling feature the mosquitoes are deterred as they like it hot. This fan is quieter than my other tower fan which I set up simultaneously for the same purpose. The instructions say screws are needed to attach the base, but instead there is one larger washer that screws on, so screws aren't needed. I will install a mount for the remote (battery was included) by gluing a velcro piece onto the fan's top and the other velcro piece onto the back of the remote. Or could glue a magnet onto remote.

I have been using this fan for about two weeks now. I have not seen its cooling effect yet as it is still winter. But the fan is powerful and is not as noisy. It came with cooling bottles which can be used for extra cooling. If you are trying to use it as a humidifier, I would recommend getting a regular humidifier.

I swapped rooms with my daughter and didn't want to take the hassle of moving my window ac. So I bought this. I can't leave it on constantly, but it does the job. I love it. It comes with a handy remote and I don't have to move to change the settings. The noise level is barely there, it's so quiet. I haven't tried sleep mode yet but I use the timer. I have it set to turn itself off 3 hours after I fall asleep. I would definitely recommend getting this if you have a small room and need coolness that a regular fan can't provide. I'm definitely buying another for my son's room

I love the tower fan. I bought it for my enclosed back patio. I add water and the ice pack/ice and use the cool setting. It cools the room down comfortably. Very quiet also. Highly recommend. .

It definitely makes my room colder. Ice definitely makes a huge difference, make sure you add a lot of ice. It comes with ice packs, but I add extra ice in there along with cold water.Couple small complaints:There was some blue dye all over it when I opened the box, but it wiped right off.The base has a locking ring, which popped off, I'm guessing during shipping. Took a bit of effort to reassemble it, but I'm pretty handy and I was able to repair it.Otherwise, it's a great swamp cooler 👍

This fan works really well. It’s easy to use and control. It’s also easy too move it somewhere else. It’s easy to store in closets and storages.

The best functionality is remote control! Don't need to get out of the bed to star/stop/change temperature! Light weight. Modern looking. I am glad I bought it.

It was additional fan for Florida room and it works perfect to cool off the room and have frash air flow.
