I bought this same case last year for my then-new iPhone 15 Pro Max. Not only was the case beautifully designed, but it added a nice grip due to the texture of the fibers. It was ultra thin and light, but still added needed protection from bumps and scratches. I dropped my phone on concrete and while the case was not designed for hardcore drop protection, it did its job and took the heat for my phone. When I removed that phone from the case to trade it in for my new one, the phone was still pristine so I got top-dollar as my trade-in.This year's version for my new iPhone 16 Pro Max looks even better with a matte aluminum ring around the camera bump versus last year's black ring. The top and bottom are even more protected and the magnets are still plenty strong enough for MagSafe... even in a car. I'm looking forward to another solid year of style and protection from this newer version.As long as you don't need hardcore drop protection, this case is amazing! It provides every-day bump and scratch projection for the sides and back including the camera bump-out, and looks fabulous and unique. The tactile woven fibers feel great to the touch and add just enough extra grip to keep the phone from sliding out of your hands or pockets.Next year, I might switch up the pattern, but will definitely get another Pitaka case like this for my next phone, too.

It comes in an engraved, recycled paper box that really makes it feel special (plus, it’s nice to know the packaging is eco-friendly).The case itself is beautifully designed with a woven texture that adds a touch of elegance and keeps it slim and lightweight. The texture is smooth yet grippy, which means my phone doesn’t feel bulky but still has a good amount of protection. The durability of this case is fantastic – it’s flexible but feels solid enough to handle everyday wear and tear.One of my favorite details is that the camera bump is made of metal instead of plastic. This metal gives it a premium look and, more importantly, extra protection for the camera, which I really appreciate.The cutouts on the sides are precise, so every button, port, and speaker works perfectly, and the borderless design makes swiping up and down super easy. The MagSafe function is spot-on, too; I’ve had no issues with it slipping or disconnecting, even on bumpy drives.Design-wise, I went with the “milkyway” pattern for my natural tatanium phone, and it just looks stunning (the “over the horizon” also looks amazing on natural or black). I also think the warm "sunset” design is perfect with my wife's desert titanium phone, and she loves it too. It’s clear that the patterns were carefully thought out and can cross-match color options perfectly!All in all, this is a massive upgrade from pitaka's older 15 PM case (one-piece cutout - less protection). It combines style, functionality, and protection all in one. Highly recommend!

The material feels premium quality and I have received several compliments on the case looks elegant with the phone.The case's cutout where the camera control button is taking sometime to get used to, as I've had a Pitaka case for my previous iPhone. I dropped my phone recently and the case held up well with no damage to the phone or noticeable scratches. This case is protective while providing excellent grip. I have also tested MagSafe charging and it works well with the magnetic connection being extremely smooth.It keeps my phone safe while looking stylish and being a functional case.
