This desk is affordable and taller than I thought it would be. Easily fits a normal computer office chair. For assembly instead of using the included allen key I used a small electric screwdriver, which saved time. You don't want to use anything too powerful for this. Only two issues I had. First the crossbeam supports didn't fit right, but the metal is thin and I just bent them a little with my fingers to get a better fit. The other issue is the edge around the desk has little white lines. This must be where the laminate didn't exactly adhere perfectly. They aren't extremely noticeable, unless you are close. Beyond those issues it was pretty easy to put together and it is nice having the extra desk space to work with. I think it a bargain for what you get and it is sturdy, so I recommend.
