Fits but missing parts
First off it comes in 4 pieces that you have exhaust couplings for. One of the couplings is wrong size and front gasket is wrong. So be ready to run to auto parts store. I haven't finished installing it yet so don't know how it sounds.

Rear hangar upside down, can’t mount.
Hangar on bottom so no way to mount and two piece behind the resonator not one piece like in the Amazon pic. Message seller requesting correct part.

Ez install.
Easiest cat back install ever. New parts slid into place w/o even putting 4Runner up on jackstands. OEM hangers reused even new ones included w kit. Only issue:front gasket was wrong size. Spent $9 for new crush gasket at local parts store. Great value, nice h.d. Parts. Would buy again.

6 month review. Muffler rattling
Updated….. this is my 6 month review. Product is absolutely junk. It started rusting in a month of installation, and now the inside of the muffler is coming apart because it is rattling now. Spend a few extra and get quality. I have a really bad burning smell coming from the exhaust now as wellCompany sent wrong item, the pipe doesn’t fit perfectly and rubs making a rattling noise. Starting to rust and only a few months old hasn’t seen snow or salt. Not impressed but it does work as it should.

Not properly bent above rear crossmember
It's okay but it's too close to the crossmember in the rear causing it to vibrate under low RPM
