It helps me have a much better sleep. Rub some on the bottom of your feet and nape of neck. And I love the smell.

I love this essential oil! It totally grounds and relaxes me. I put base of my neck, temple area, on feet, rub drop between hands and tent over face and breath it in through nose and mouth. Wonderful! Just wish it was a bigger bottle. For me it is worth the price.

Rub a drop on the bottom of each foot and trouble will vanish. Grounding oil prevents negativity from coming anywhere near me. Smell is pleasant, using one drop on each foot sole is away from anyone's nose, so it doesn't matter. This oil has made a dramatic, fantastic, beneficial change in my life. Try it, you'll flip.

Product as stated, no issues

Only 5ml, wish I would have noticed that. I love Young Living but wow it is getting pricy. I do love this blend, hard to describe the scent.
