Was a Christmas gift for my wife. You could hear the glass in the box. The mirror was snapped in half which resulted in broken glass

Arrived with broken mirror inside.
NOTICE!! These are poorly packaged as the glass is very thin! I was cut simply opening the box and I am a diabetic. I very carefully and gently retapped and am requesting a full refund. The mirrored glass is very poor quality. My advice? Use the money to spend up on a similar higher quality product.
