BOSIWO Outdoor Security Camera 1080P Weatherproof WiFi CCTV Camera with Night Vision, Two Way Audio, Motion Detection, Outdoor Camera Compatible with Alexa and Cloud Service

I now have two Bosiwo Outdoor Security Camera, one white, one black (functionality on both are identical).The camera's are very easy to setup (first tip, setup indoors before mounting outside to the wall), there is an auto setup which is done by sound between phone and the camera. This is the option I used and it worked flawlessly. The other option is manual, where you need to put the camera into a pairing mode and then search for the camera from your device.Installing the camera outside was also pretty straight forward (second tip if using the wifi option, I brought an external weather box as there are three cables from the camera which will need protecting from the weather, unless to you plan to drill three very large holes through your wall).The MIPC phone app is also very simple to use, with the option to set up both audio and motion detection alerts.I've found the video quality very good, night vision is great. I guess quality will vary depending on network speeds.I currently have memory cards installed in both camera's and use the PC software to transfer video and snapshots as and when required. Again simple to setup and use, it does take a little while to transfer footage, but the quality is very impressive. I guess another tip if you are using a memory card, install into the camera before wall mounting.Overall great product, which does what it's designed to at the fraction of the price other products.

I looked at a lot of camera's and the reviews, this one caught my eye due to;1. Price.2. I can view it on a Mac/PC as well as on my phones3. It is works with Alexa.4. good reviews.I installed this camera just above my garage, the installation was very easy as like others I used a waterproof box from Screwfix to put all the cables in. You then only need to drill a small hole for the power lead. It connected to my wifi straight away with no issues.Video quality is good, and the range at night is pretty impressive, I can see to the end of my drive no problem. The only downside at the moment is the insects set of the motion detection during the night which the support team are aware of.I have installed the MIPC app on both my phones and on my macbooks, the app is pretty good and video is nice and clear., I have it set for continuous record using a SDcard and I will get the cloud storage as well.I will be buying a few more of these for sure.UPDATE,2nd camera installed works like a charm, and in fact the recent software updates have made the motion sensing work a lot better. My 1st camera is still working very well. I would recommend this camera to anyone on a budget, and the quality far outshines the cost.

For the price these are very good cameras. I bought one and used it for a week then bought a second.First thing to note is the camera needs to be plugged in to a standard power socket (there's about 2m lead - I haven't measured just guessed). What this means is that power needs to be accessible. For many this will likely not be a problem, but should be noted.+ Construction seems to be solid+ The quality of the image is good - good enough to clearly read number plates from 30m. There is a fish-eye effect to get the wide angle, but give what these cameras are for it isn't a problem.+ Set up was a breeze - I have mine on a wired connection but had also tried WiFi.+ Sharing with others can be done so that the settings cannot be changed. I shared with my neighbour as the image covers their driveway and gives them piece of mind.+ Viewing on Alexa devices (those with a screen) works great. It was one of my "needs" so it's good it works well.Now for the reason this is 4 star review, not 5.- The shape of the mounting bracket effectively makes the WiFi unusable if mounted a certain way (other way to my pictures). This is because the aerial and mount obstruct one and other. A slightly longer stem would solve this.- Motion detection works but I am having difficultly getting the right sensitivity for recording.Overall I feel the price point, quality and functionality is spot on.

For the money, this is an extremely high quality find!The 1080p video quality is exceptional for the price point, very clear and distinct with plenty of detail. The night mode is also surprisingly good. The audio quality isn't great but I would count that as secondary for security purposes and again, for the price point, there has to be some give somewhere.Setup was really easy and only took me ~15 minutes.The app is reasonably simple to navigate and you can record videos, choose for it to save to an SD card, to a storage unit or to the cloud which seems very reasonably priced for a year at ~£30. The other nice feature is that you can send voice messages through your phone to the camera which will come in handy for deliveries etc. I haven't played around with the motion detection yet so can't comment there though.The only gripe I have is that the screws that are supplied are very poor quality - make sure you apply plenty of pressure and use a suitable screwdriver as they chew really easily. My only negative feedback would be to supply better screws as they are certainly not expensive given how small they are but this is minor.Very pleased overall!
