If you like smoking meat - brisket Etc. you need this paper for holding your meat in the perfect temperature and texture. Foil is not you'r answer. After asking a big pit master for one of his secrets he directed me to this smoking paper. And guess what This sellers paper is high quality and an excellent price as tried out by the big boys I gave it to try

Amazing protect
We used the Natural Paper for smoking Dino ribs and as a resting sheet for the meat , and it is also very useful if you need to transport a lot of raw meat, we had a job where we had to smoke 80 1LB Back Ribs and we used this paper to transfer them raw to protect the layers of meat

Great roll for use with meat on the smoker.
May be even a little too thick but it’s a great roll of butcher paper.

Amazing product!
We tried this at our annual smoke out….The guys all agreed that this versatile butcher paper makes robust, Delicious brisket that outperformed foil Texas Crutch. Everyone at the BBQ enjoyed it, and I highly recommend this for making delicious, well prepared smoked meat. I am very happy with this item

Shine Bark Like A Diamond!We used the all natural butcher paper to roast a large 16 pound slab of beef in the smoker. The paper held in all those delightful, vitalizing juices and it never ripped. The finished brisket was really tender ,wet and the bark......… Kuddos!!

Great Quality
I traditionally used foil to make my briskets and then I stumbled upon this amazing butcher paper, and decided to give this a go. The result's were fabulous, The bark wasn’t soggy at all and the beef was super juicy. Innovative and totally worth the purchase.
