beautiful!
I used this red twine in my garden, wrapped it around bamboo sticks to create tomato cages. Good shade of red. Very functional, not stiff at all, and easy to tie in knots.

No way this is 2mm
thinner than kitchen twine. 2mm seems an exaggeration, I held this next to my 4mm rope and it is definitely less than half. I will use this in a variety of crafts but it will only be suitable for the smallest macrame projects like a key chain or the like.

It's ok for light work
I bought this to bundle up yard debris but for the type of debris I have, it's not strong enough. I bought a nylon line to do what this couldn't do for me. If you are bundling more than 20 or 25 lbs, go with another twine or cord.

Not happy with the false advertising.
The twine cord shown on the product page(left) is NOT what I received. I received yarn(photo on right). It's much too thick & fuzzy for what I needed it for. Note to seller--- People generally REALLY value seeing images of the exact item they're buying instead of something that just happens to be the same color.

Good Quality
It is very hard to judge the thickness of string without actually seeing and feeling. I wanted this to tie up roasts for cooking, so I wanted a bit thicker cotton tread. Although this is a bit lighter than I wanted, the strength is definitely enough for my purpose. So I am pleased.

Nicer in person
Love. The color is much nicer (deeper and redder) in person. Soft. Lovely. Frays a little bit easily but not a deal breaker. Will def buy again.

Works perfectly!
My grandfather was a butcher for 34 years. This is the same material he used to use to truss up fowl, boneless roasts (after he de-boned them, and Prime Rib roasts. You can't go wrong with this product.

Green and white Christmas string is a better bargain than you think!
I actually bought this product to use to wrap some baked Christmas goods. However it was so versatile that started it for tying ornaments on the tree, wrapping up Christmas presents, putting little bows in the girls hair. It was more than I expected and I am very delighted with product. I would buy it again . I can see that this will come in handy in March for St Patrick's Day as we are Irish and never miss an opportunity to use green for anything!

excellent quality
I use this in cooking and find it excellent. One thing that differentiates this from some other brands is that it is very strong. I have never had it snap while I have been pulling it tight, as can happen with lower-quality string. It is also thick enough that it does not cut into my fingers as I pull it tight.

I'll find lots of uses for it I'm sure.
I bought this for using in the the greenhouse, it's a bit stretchy for stringing across the length of width of the greenhouse but it's soft cotton, I wanted a strong, natural fibre. The stuff my dad used in the butchers was tougher than this and probably not cotton so it's not like I expected but that's about my expectations and, I think this is great. I'll find lots of uses for it I'm sure.

Great for decorating items in and out of the house
Lovely to give you storage boxes an update. It looks great on the edge of some boxes in the bedroom. Next is to wrap it around some jars with candles and pots with flowers to create a nice corner on the deck for when the weather will look like we can spend time in the garden.

Good thickness butcher’s twine
I use it as butcher’s twine to tie meats for the oven. Great thickness and does the job perfectly.

It is string! What else would you want it to be?
It is string. It works really well to tie parcels. Strong enough not to snap, rough enough not to slip when tying. Not very expensive. It is everything I could wish string to be.
