Solid metal with bronze patina. Very solid, button is very solid and works well.Screw holes were exactly the same as my old doorbell, so no new holes had to be drilled.

Looks and works great

Was a little difficult to get the wires on there and screwed in, but once installed it looks great and works well.

Like the look, supposed to be old school but adds class to a contemporary house. 1 wire to each screw, real straight forward. I put electrical tape on the connections just for fun. You can see the size based on adult male hand and a roll of electrical tape next to it. Mounting screws were long enough to go directly into my stucco house. I’m happy with it.

This fits the decor of my front door and property perfectly and was easy to install and looks great. How many projects or even small fixes come out that well? You wish.

I dislike that I came without screws

Super happy buyer, minus I wish it would have came with longer screws. I had to make a trip to the hardware store... who knew there were so many kinds of screws?! Anyways, yes highly recommend this item. It also comes with a light within the button part. Keeps the vintage feel of my home without the hassle and high price. Thank you!

We were painting our house and upgrading all the fixtures and I wanted a new doorbell to go with the upgrades. This didn't disappoint. It's very pretty, lights up and I think it adds just that subtle touch that says I care about the details and I care about my home. I can't write about ease of install because my painter installed it for me, but I don't think it was difficult. It's so much nicer than the builder-grade doorbell that we had.
