Great oem part
Fit perfectly, fixed our Kohler double handle faucet. Sucks that a $600 Kohler faucet would need replacement cartridges in just a few years with light use at home, but that's nothing to do with this particular product I suppose - I hope these cartridges last longer than the first ones. But in any case, arrived as expected and worked great! OEM Kohler parts. Reasonable price same as anywhere.

Exact replacement for Kohler Forté Sink Facuets
Perfect replacement for the Kohler (K-R10273-4N-BN) Forté Sink Faucets. The old ones are damn near impossible to remove due to 12 years of hard water calcification but once you can actually remove them these are an easy install. Finger tight + quarter turn makes it leak proof. At $14/each this makes a $28 faucet like new again, rather than buying a $130 new set. They're still in good condition, and this seems to be the only moving part which seizes up, so I'm hopeful that these will be good for another decade. Also, just to make it complicated, Kohler likes to list both this brass valve along with the ceramic updated version in the same document, so make sure you look closely at the one you have and buy the CW and CCW versions. This wasn't clear to me and I ended up buying one set of each which resulted in my returning the wrong set. No biggie, it all worked out in the end.P.S> There are a LOT of videos on YouTube showing how to replace these. There are a few good ones, watch those before you go off on your own for the first time.

High quality
Whoever the machinist is who sets up the cnc machines knows what he/she is doing. Very precise and fine surface quality. No rough machining. Replaced unknown no name faucet valve and it works perfectly. The price is unbeatable. Says crafted in USA on the package. Easy to reverse direction just remove clip and turn stem 90 degrees.

so far so good, stopped the leaking faucet
So far so good. Just installed and the bathroom faucet doesn't leak from the handles when the water is on. The faucet I put these in was a Kohler Bancroft monoblock single hole (K-10579-4) bathroom faucet. The cartridges are based on which way they turn when going from open to close, either clockwise or counter clockwise. The hardest part of replacing these was getting the actual faucet handle to come off when the set screw was removed and getting the old cartridges to come loose. I sprayed WD-40 and PB blaster inside the handles and old cartridges to help break them loose to ensure I didn't break the faucet. I also purchased and replaced the cold water GP77006 RP

Works great - install may call for some additional 'oomph' - DeWalt to the rescue
The valve works great and it's a perfect fit. However, removing the old ones can be difficult, if not close to impossible, with normal hand tools. The problem is that the entire valve body rotates and you run the risk of breaking the feed lines etc...I have seen several folks recommending removal of the entire valve from the cabinet to get this out. Didn't want to do that so I broke out my DeWalt 20V impact gun with a 13MM deep socket. Grabbed the threaded portion of the valve under the cabinet to hold it steady and with a few short bursts these came out with no drama. This saved me a ton of time and effort. Putting the new ones in just use your normal wrench and don't over tighten them. I put a bit of plumbers grease on the threads in the hopes this will make it easier for the next person doing this job, should that be needed.

KOHLER VALVE
Good price for a valve stem. a Piece of Advice - watch a you tube video to see how to take apart your Kohler faucet. They come apart differently than you might expect. Once you get the handle off, the rest is pretty easy.

WELL
Easy to remove depends totally on who you followed. Hulk installed the one I had to remove so removal didn't really go well. I gave 5 stars anyway because the sink is still there without signs of a struggle.Easy to install. It went well but you do have to watch which way they turn to shut the water off and which side Hulk put the Hot water valve on.Overall the value was great and it all went well.
