I am amazed with these gel sleeves. I bought them for rollerblading. I I have fibromyalgia and am disabled, I also have plantars fasciitis. So I'm trying to find something I enjoy and can still do. These are really helping keep my ankles and feet supported, not as swollen and not quite as overworked. My feet would have been barking from the start without. They really seem to keep the circulation going with compression and I don't know how they got the gels sewn in such a perfect spot to go around the ball on each side of your ankle. It's right on on my foot I'm a size 9 women's shoe and am 5'5" and weigh around 145-150. The Med fits me perfect. I think my ankle could even swell a little and I would be okay. It doesn't cut off at either my ankle or at my foot where it stops. It feels good and feels like it is holding my foot more sturdily. Sort of how a hand wrap does for kickboxing. I'm very happy with my purchase and will buy again when these stretch out or wear out whatever happens first.

I bought this two pack after my doctor sold me one super loose version for 110 bucks. Ugh... doctors....These work great, and FAR better than the one he gave me. Probably because they actually fit?I have narrow ankles so I use tensor tape to tighten hard around the area above my ankle. That helps. I also sized it one smaller than I would wear a sock. That also helped.I used it to treat 12 months of posterior tibial tendonitis - which sucked. But knowing I could use something for relief helped a lot.Hope this helps.

I have Rheumatoid arthritis and my ankles tend to flare up every so often. These truly help take away the pain and swelling. I have big feet (women's size 11) and bought a medium size. At first I thought these are way too small and almost returned them but my ankle hurt so much that I had to try something. I am glad I tried as the do fit snugly and comfortably. After wearing all day my ankles felt much better and the swelling had dissipated. I am happy with my purchase. I do recommend these if you suffer from arthritis it helps.

To small..

Sprained my ankle and pulled a ligament that goes over the ankle bone. The little puff in the band put a little pressure behind the ankle that helped it feel better; however, You have to make sure the pad is in the right spot, because if not, it will hurt. This ankle brace helped feel better and walk better all day. I would actually forget I had the on. It does take up space on tour shoes so you will need to wear stretchy shoes. I wore tennis shoes.

Bought these for mild lymphedema issue that affects my ankle. The ankle padding does a good job of helping keep the swelling down around the ankle. I also bought a very expensive version of this (Bauerfiend MalleoTrain) on the recommendation of a doctor, and the differences are small. This one doesn't extend as far down the foot or as far up the ankle as the MalleoTrain. The Malleotrain is sold specifically for each foot and can't be interchanged (or so they say). For $100 versus under $20, these are the way to go. They're kinda ugly, but I can overlook that for the price.

I've been using this ankle brace for the past 2 months when working out or for those days that I'm out and about non stop.Today while putting it on just before going on a run, I saw that my heel is popping out.The elastic material just failed and unraveled, leaving my heel exposed, and the whole structural integrity failed, becoming loose instead of tight like it's supposed to be.I contacted Amazon's customer service, only to hear that in order to receive a reduced refund (due to the seller's restocking fee) - I'll have to return both braces (it comes as a pair).Not worth my time, and it's not worth yours as well - if you thought of buying this, buy something else.

They are super comfortable. The compression is perfect. You need to get used to but they are great

They fit and help with compression. Can be worn over or under socks all day. Undecided if copper makes a health difference but the tension sleeve does help with swelling feet

I purchased these when I started to walk without my cast after ankle surgery. Well made with great support and protection of ankle bones. I love that there are two so I can easily swap it out for a clean one each day. These will be handy going forward when I engage in activities like hiking which require a bit more ankle support. Highly recommended.

I love rollerblading, but I hate blisters.I tried a few things and now can stop my search: no more blisters on the side of my feet because of those little gel pockets.I'm happy 🙃, well, happier.
