Great equipment for my at home exercise program
This block is just as described. It's a manageable piece for prescribed exercises and I can store it away when not in use.

Great Product--Exactly What I Was Looking For
I wanted an inflatable, rectangular block that I could easily travel with, so I can do my Egoscue Method E-cises whenever I travel. This block is great. Perfect size and easily inflatable with the air pump that was graciously included by Lisa Nudel, the owner & CEO of Pain Free at Sea, the Vendor. I especially like the soft outside cover of the block, which keeps it from sticking to my skin like other blocks I have used. Great Produce and well worth the price.

Great piece of equipment for the right cost
I am using this in a strength and balance program my trainer designed for me.....it is exactly what I need and it's so much better than trying to use a small pillow. I appreciated the yoga strap that came with it as I have use for that too. Arrived promptly with a personal note from the seller. Great!!

High quality and well thought out Product
Just perfect! I started up with the Egoscue method and needed the pillow and strap. The method is fabulous and this product was recommended by my therapist. High quality and well packaged. Included a free hand pump and lovely handwritten note. Inflatable pillow is great for travel so I can do exercises wherever I am. Recommend highly.

Mid-sized : not good for PT or egoscue!
For PT or Egoscue method, to be effective the blocks need to be the same size. I ordered 2 of these and they very different sizes making both a total waste of money. Would like a replacement (pref) or refund.
