Q: Does it come with the actual certificate of authenticity from Tag Heuer? Not just your guarantee that its authentic?

This is the real thing, Certified and brand new. Costs more at a local Jewelry store only due to their overhead costs. Also this is not the latest TAG model, TAG would not let their latest models sell at a discount on Amazon. That said, it's an excellent Automatic watch, at any price. I wear mine daily.
