This is a very cool and beautiful piece that fits into the beach/mermaid decor theme

I got this for my mermaid cove lounge/garden area and it is breath-taking. Absolutely beautiful.

I love all things Design Toscano. And this little mermaid face was no exception. It is tasteful and well made and the colors used in it are lovely. Delivered quickly and packaged very well so no danger of it being damaged in delivery.

I think when you are reviewing decor, saying how cute or lovely, or whatever is hardly going to help. I might as well try to convince you to change your favorite color to mine.So, let's talk about the construction. It's a heavy, solid piece meant to mount flush against the wall. I'm going to say it's a pretty sturdy resin, and the paint job is tidy, if basic.Her face, eyelids lowered, looks like deeply patinad brass - a dark green, with subtle brassy highlights. Her headdress is formed of shells, all solid white, no shading or highlights. If there is a fault to be found, it's here. There could be a bit of shading to the shells to bring out the detail and I may add it myself.For now, she watches serenely over my houseplants, and I love her hint of oceanic style.(Update) I wound up putting her in a plate stand when I took her off the wall to paint. I kinda liked this as well, so she sits on a bookcase looking over the plants.

I am very happy with this. Good weight and perfect design for my wall. Highly recommend.

I really love the look of this mermaid! I hung it in my kitchen over my stove and I get so many compliments on it😀 very very happy with it!

Being the lover of shells and ocean that I am I immediately fell in love with this "Shell Maiden". So glad I purchased her. The shell head dress looks like real shells, lovely face. I've hung her in a prominent place. It's about 8X11, not large but big enough. I may add a white frame around her at some point.
