We were going to rent lights for the same amount of money to own them. Everything worked perfectly and the remote control worked flawlessly. The unit was just a little smaller and shorter than I realized but I was able to put it up high and use the remote.

I play in a classic rock band and looked around for some lights to use behind the group when we performed. I found these lights on Amazon and ordered two sets.First, the lights are bright. They light up a small stage area and project well into the audience. I've had audience members tell me the lights were so bright that they were almost blinding.The lights themselves are housed in what appears to be a plastic housing with a thin metal base. The units are very light and one person can easily place them on their stands. The stands are subpar. They are light plastic and extend almost 6 feet high, but that is a little too low. I replaced the stands with a set that was more substantial.The infrared remote is simple and only contains five settings, and sometimes I've had to aim the remotes precisely at the receiving unit on the lights to get them to come on. One remote will work both sets of lights, if necessary. These lights could be programmed if you had the necessary accessories, but we don't have the time when setting up to go into that detail, nor do we have the required DMX controller (or someone to operate/program it).All in all, they work well for the use they are put to. One of these days, I'll probably buy two more sets, invest in a DMX controller and work up an actual light show to go with our music, but for now, they serve the purpose of giving the band some back lighting (we use white lights to the front of the band to get a consistent color).So, if you want decent, albeit simplistic stage lighting at a reasonable price, you should invest in a set or two of these lights. They're bright, they're light-weight and they work.

This light provides excellent stage coverage for our live music performing trio. Around a 15x25 space. We use is for a constant wash and a slow fade from one color to the next. On board programming at the bar. Well built and bright. We own 2ea. of these and play 60 live performance gigs a year. Easy to transport. See photo for power cord management. Lights are good but the stand is of poor quy

Seller said they would talk to a technician, I waited three more days, then seller said they could not help me unless they see the light. Listen while it worked it was light and easy to set up, also the LED was perfect for our smaller band. I never expected it to just go dark! We changed battery on the wireless, changed the fuse, and the weird thing is - after we did all that and it had been dark, two hours later in middle of show it came back on - I had not unplugged it. NOT RELIABLE AT ALL! DO NOT WSTE YOUR MONEY!

I liked the lights a lot. Wish the bar went higher than 6 feet. But for the price it’s a good deal.

I received a unit with a remote control that didn't work. You can dial the settings from the back but a remote makes it infinitely easier. It took a while but by using live chat got them to send a replacement. Regarding the stand, it's something. It works but it's too short. Using one of my other stands. Re: the unit itself, so far it's been good on stage. One more thing... A 36" soft rifle case makes a good carrying case for it. I spent $18 and it works great.
