I was a purchaser, before this product, of Source Natural's guarana tablets. Guarana has really helped me get through some particularly stressful days with acute mental awareness and a positive attitude--much better than Red Bull or copious amounts of coffee. When Amazon stopped selling them, I turned to this product which had a similar mg count to Source Natural's (800 to 900 mgs). I was incredibly disappointed -- I got absolutely no energy boost from this product; in fact, I took it several days in a row and on each occasion had to fight off slipping into a nap within two hours of taking it. It had absolutely no effect on me (and certainly not what some of the other reviewers describe here) and I should mention that this is the only vitamin or medicine I take, and not on a regular basis (so it's not a matter of my body acclimating). My advice is to try another brand if you don't have experience with this product - didn't work for me.

I have a newborn, I must say these babies saved me a few days. You really do get a spark of energy. I've combined it with liftoffs and I only felt the spark upon first usage. I don't know if I hyped myself up or what, but it did nothing for me again.This tablet by itself is all I actually needed.

Works for my oldest child.
I chose this product while researching to find a natural medication for my son's ADHD condition. He is a classic case, as was told to me by a therapist. I don't believe in the medication being prescribed for our children by these so-called, "psychiatrists." It is helping my son calm down and focus. Thanks N-R-G!
