Great quality & easy to install. My photosmart printer recognized it wasn’t the original ink cartridge and said printer quality may be poor or not as good. But it works just as good as the other ink. And you get all the colors as well for this great price. I’ll definitely be ordering more for a back up.

Printer would not work with new printhead. May me the printer

Oriented the print head and installed it in HP 7525 and gave it new life. Great printer that has been a hard working standby for several years. Print head arrived in short order and was exactly the same as the older one that had gone south on us.

not new maybe rebuilt

My HP 7520 has always been a great reliable printer until HP announced discontinuing support. Then the printhead failed. This worked perfectly after being installed. Now I have my great printer back.

I followed all directions to the letter and the printer would not recognize it as an authentic product. I wasted my money and threw it out along with the printer and bought a new printer for almost the same cost...DO NOT BUY.

Product is great. Delivery was very slow and could not be tracked through Amazon. Amazon clerk that I talked to was not very helpful. Product finally arrived and works great.
