Global Furniture Parker Collection Leather Matching Love Seat, Cappuccino

I bought this item in December of 2015. That one is awesome. So I ordered this second one expecting the delivery and product to be identical to the same one I bought last. This one has unfinished, rough, and sharp inner and under sides (as sharp as cut glass). It is too dangerous for my grandson (2 and a half) to play on or use without guarded monitoring. I fear he will get cut or a splinter because of the way he plays on the old one which is totally finished on the wood surfaces.Secondly, the first one was delivered unwrapped. The delivery service (Estes) back then unwrapped and took away the packaging and pallet and put the loveseat in my garage. This time, the delivery truck only had one guy and he wouldn't do anything but forklift the pallet into my garage. No one warned me that their definition of curbside had changed. I am now over 70 and have had a double by-pass since the first loveseat. It took me an effort and over an hour to unwrap and dispose of the packaging and pallet.

I love this very cool loveseat. It was a hassel to get into the front door because we opted not to pay $149.00 to have it brought into the house. This chair is really packaged well. Hubby and I had a bit of a challenge to get all of the packaging off but when we did we both were is awe of the cool look of this chair. I would love to have the couch and two more loveseats for our living room and may purchase them at a later date. The chair looks great in our family room. Our granddaughter came into the house and when she saw the chair she said, 'Fancy!"

This arrived with a bit of damage to the wood on all corners, not visible until all packaging removed. Amazon helped to correct this immediately - great service as always I have to say.The love seat, I have as part of an added couch and chair, looks great -- using in a rural coffee shop with other wood/southern decor. The unique flowing shape and reasonably comfortable seats are well received by customers. The wood armrests are awesome for cleaning and avoiding punctures in this retail environment. The construction feels a bit light - reflecting I believe, the price which was far less than other leather seating options. Long-term this may pose a durability issue but for now anyway, the look and feel is great.

Not a bad love seat to begin with, but after 11 months of very light use (it's basically for guests), a seam on the front has begun separating. Amazon couldn't help, but suggested I contact Global. I've tried twice over the last couple of weeks, via their Web site, and have gotten no response. I'll post an update if I have any luck with them.

Love seat appears very beautiful upon arrival but the wooded areas strips easily. Therefore this affects the appearance. I would not purchase again.

I really like this Love Seat. The construction is quite well done and it is very comfortable. I would recommend this company's furniture to anyone.
