easy too use

I was sold a phone that doesn’t even work, turns on but won’t make a call, called the cellphone company and was told I was sold a bad phone over Amazon (the telephone company also received plenty of calls of the same situation buying phones marketed to elders off of Amazon and them not working at all!!!) I’m so frustrated because it cost a lot of money and it was a Hassle to try and get it returned so I’m stuck with a phone that doesn’t work and now short of however much this phone costed. What a disappointment.

Battery wouldn't hold charge, must have been old. Bought new.

I didn't get nothing but the phone no charge cable not even the box

I returned this phone the day it arrived: theSIM card didn't work and there was no charger !

This phone don’t even cut on

I had recently taken a seasonal internship position and needed a phone. I like flip-phones personally and have used them extensively in the past without issue. This is phone is GARBAGE. It is incredibly slow and painstaking to text with making most messages into garble (and yes I am use to doing one letter at a time on a flip phone.)BARELY gets signal. BARELY, and if it does my calls still drop out at random from this thing. I regret purchasing this phone, in case of a emergency (which is why I got it) it is not a piece of technology that is reliable in any way.
