Outstanding coffee Brewer. I sell these brewers and I also use one everyday. Have not had any performance issues. Fantastic coffee and hot chocolate flavors.

My company purchased a Mars Flavia Barista Brewer a few years back to replace a Keurig (which makes substandard, but slightly better coffee). The coffee is pretty underpowered for flavour and caffeine content. Plus, it seems that the machine will jam, various plastic parts break on it and other performance problems also occur. I wish they bought an old school drip with a large carafe instead. Cheaper for per cup for the coffee and simpler.

We have one of these at work. I like the coffee. There are a good assortment of coffees, teas and cocoa available for this unit. You can also make cappuccino with it. And the brewing is pretty fast.The only minor (yet at the same time a little annoying) is sometimes very small droplets of hot beverage spray out very briefly. It is in no way harmful. But it can be a little surprising if you aren't expecting it. I certainly would not replace it with a Keurig, Nespresso other type of coffee machine because of it. I would say so far it's the best single serve coffee machine I've ever had a cup of coffee from.
