Purchased this luggage for my mom, they sent the wrong one. After finally receiving the correct one she's loves it. It's large and durable plus cute. It's 30in expandable packed correctly you can pack a great deal of clothing.

Used this for a trip and it worked just fine. Not one single rip or tear. It also holds a LOT. The material feels flimsy so I didnt think it would last but it worked perfectly. It's lightweight but very sturdy.

I bought this cute luggage for my trip from Atlanta to Hawaii, staying at a resort and cruise so it traveled A LOT! I was very impressed with the sturdiness and lasting through 4 flights and 10 transitions during our trip! I checked in my bags so it was on the ultimate test and it did amazing! There were no dents - some slight scuff marks but you couldn't tell unless you looked close! I was grateful as this luggage is super cute and VERY easy to spot picking up your checked bags!

UPDATE 2/10/2023: I just returned from a trip to Paris, and my prediction in my previous review turned out to be legit: it held up beautifully through checked baggage with Delta/Air France. There were scuff marks here and there, which I anticipated would happen, but a little bit of rubbing alcohol was enough to remove them. Also, the uniqueness of the bag made spotting it at baggage claim a very easy task. Needless to say, I'm highly pleased with this purchase, and I'm very excited to take this suitcase on additional trips.ORIGINAL 6/5/2022: It's very cavernous. I can't imagine being starved for storage on any trip of any length. Also, I love pink, floral patterns, polka dots, and everything in between. So aesthetically, this absolutely aligns with my very feminine sense of style. I can't quite evaluate its durability, however, since my next vacation—which will be my first with this suitcase—isn't for several months. But I used to own a Bebe suitcase that was essentially identical to this one in shape, size, materials, and construction, and except for the occasional scuff mark, it held up very well through checked baggage with airlines. So I'm very excited to see how the Betsey Johnson compares in this respect.

I decided to buy myself a whole collection of this luggage because I loved its look. I bought three large suitcases and one set of a small medium and large. Every single large suitcase I purchased cracked during my first and second time of using them. I now have four very large hard shell BETSY JOHNSON SUITCASES WITH MAJOR CRACKS THROUGHOUT THE OUTER HARD SHELL. I TRIED TO CONTACT DISTRIBUTOR S BUT WAS NEVER GIVEN A REFUND FOR ANY CASE. I now own four very large and loud and broken suitcases which are unusable. They were not cheap. This represents an almost $1,000 investment on my part for luggage I must throw away upon second use.

I am very excited to use my new luggage on our upcoming cruise. I did do my homework and research reviews and product details prior to purchase. Many reviews complained about scratches on the luggage upon delivery. I was hoping mine would not…however, it did :( I am ok with the few scratches as I know it will get dinged up once we travel. The actual luggage does feel a bit flimsy but I am once again hoping for the best. I really love the design!! It’s super funky and easy to spot when picking up at baggage claim. I would love to give this product a 5 and will update my review after we travel.

This suitcase is perfect! Easy to maneuver and I was able to fit everything in it! I loved the expansion part of the suitcase! The zippers were smooth & easy to manipulate! I also loved the bow ID tag-such a cute added feature! Highly recommend!

Leider ist der Koffer vollkommen eingedrückt angekommen. Beim Versuch ihn „auszubeulen“ ist er dann auch endgültig gebrochen!Leider auf Flugreisen nicht zu verwenden.Bei so einem teuren Koffer darf sowas nicht passieren!
