Head band Straps tore on its first use.
While the machine absolutely does its job. The head band straps are something you really should be worried about. The straps are flimsy and easily tore away in my second use.

Service centre
It’s good and very useful. Good product. But after 2 years I am having trouble with it but unable to find service centre in India, preferably Chennai. Any leads will help. Thank you

Not a good choice
Though the machine is working, the reporting system is very weak. Was asked to use the mobile App - but it doesn’t seem to be so handy with least data. Would recommend a PC software support with detailed reports.
