This roll(Blue Medium) arrived with a coating of dust that felt gritty. After rinsing the band is sticky and really sticks to itself. Also, becomes wrinkled which I was not expecting.However, it does seem very strong and won't break. A 5 pound weight stretched a 3ft. section to 4 ft or 25% stretch, to give an idea of how much stretch there is. A light weight band from another mfg was tested this way and the same 5 pound weight stretched the 3ft. section to 6 1/2ft or more that 100%.So if sticky is not a problem then these should be fine. Given the price and 25ft of strong band and it's not a bad deal.I might try some baby powder to ease the stickiness.

I bought several different colors of these bands for my seniors to use in fitness class. They have all broken. Four of them broke on the same day! I'm calling them on their "lifetime warranty."

I love these bands but the latex ripped instantly.
