(8 Pack) Reusable Revolution Solar Outdoor LED Stair Lights (Brown)

My recommendation COULD be higher for those with time and energy and patience. I read reviews on line stating that several people received these packages with some lights that wouldn't work. Since they were EXACTLY what I wanted for my deck steps (unobtrusive, low light, not super bright, just enough to light one's way) I decided to give it a chance. I ordered 8 lights. Two didn't work. I contacted the company and was immediately sent a replacement box with apologies. Unfortunately, the replacement box had one light that didn't work. I called again and had the same positive experience. Now I'm super delighted with how they look and work and am happy I stuck with it. Next time I would look for a product not made in China? I think their quality control must be lacking. But I can't say enough about the responsiveness of the company that sells these.

Ordered 2 sets of these lights and although they appear to be good quality 4 out of 8 do not light up. After following directions of allowing them to charge for several days before turning them on 2 of them never lit up, 1 barely lit up and the 4th just recently stopped lighting up. They were delivered July 22nd, installed on July 24th so two months and half of them no longer work. I assume its the batteries (or hope) and I have changed the batteries (which are very expensive) and waiting for a few days to allow them to charge to see if that does it, but even changing the batteries is nearly impossible. The wiring is glued down over the battery compartment making it hard to access the battery AND the battery itself is glued down.

Like other reviewers, I took a gamble when ordering these. But as another reviewer said, they were just what I was looking for. Of the 8 that I received, 2 did not work. One I was able to get working after adjusting the battery. The other, no such luck. I reached out to the customer service department and was advised that I had to send it photos of the product and packing slip. Did that. I was then told "Thank you for forwarding us the photo. Unfortunately the item that you are requesting is now currently out of stock. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused. Please contact us further with any questions or concerns." The item is now back in stock and I am waiting for a response to a recent e-mail.For the 7 that do light up on my deck stairs, they do just what I want them to do. The light is blue/white.

The ones that work look good but only 5 of the 8 work. I would order replacements but it now states that they are out of stock.

I liked the product, it looks great on the terrasse concrete walls but I wish it had other installation options instead of only screwing it to the wall. I used heavy duty double sided tape.

33 days old and 2 don't work and the sun has faded them, they look like they are years old....cheap cheap!! And I can't return them....sickening

The work well no issues at all. Have a good brightness and seem to charge fairly quick.Bought 2 packs of these and all were perfect.
