I bought 18 of these bulbs for a series of fixtures in my master. It’s been a few months since I purchased these bulbs and I will advise that so far 3 of the bulbs in the batch don’t work properly. One bulb was DOA and the other two start with a slow flicker and eventually get worse. Tried the bulb in different sockets so definitely a bulb issue. Disappointing as I can already seen another bulb in my bathroom starting to dim. Bulbs did arrive in one piece and well packaged. I think I will stick with my local box store where I can simply return defective items with ease. How do you return 3 of a batch right?

The dimming performance is terrible. the bulb is nice and bright, but it dimms terribly, replaced my original dimmer with a certified LED lutron dimmer, still dimms terribly. The dimming is basically low, low, low then suddenly medium and then bright. It does not dimm smotthly, as other LEDs do. Everything else is nice, though the screw base is longer than I expected.

I've had these bulbs for 11 months in a bedroom with very little use. One of the bulbs started strobing last night, now the room feels like a nightclub. Unfortunately, due to the unique appearance of these bulbs, I can't just replace it with any bulb. It was a cool idea, but I will stick to standard bulbs in the future. I paid a premium for LED bulbs because they are supposed to be more energy efficient and, equally as importantly, last longer! I expected a longer life out of LED bulbs, replacing a $5 bulb every year would not be a good thing.
