Making Mosaics: Designs, Techniques & Projects

The book was larger than I figured it would be for the price, which was great. Someone should’ve removed the $3.99 price tag before boxing up the book. I paid double, live and learn I guess.

I bought this as a replacement for my original copy that was borrowed and never returned and am very happy to have it in my library again. Lark Books creates stunning and practical art books. I find this as helpful now that I’ve finally started doing mosaics as I found my original copy inspiring all those years ago when I still aspired to trying it.

I have several mosaic books and I like this one also. Pretty instructive, I haven't used any of their designs as I make my own. Good reference book.

Plenry of good iceas and photos. I have been tiling for ablut 30 years and I havelong ago become bored with the run of the mill products available in the stores.This book gets your mind and creativity juices flowing to make something reallydifferent. I have a collection of tiling /mosaic books. Good one to add to yours as well.

Based on the outside cover, the book was exactly what the cover led you to believe about the book. Instructions are clear and easy to read, and the articles about mosaics in history were very interesting to read. I really enjoy the book.

Poor! I was expecting more details in relation to the techniques.

I first saw this book in the library and used it as a resource for a class I was teaching. It has a lot of information as well as photos of different styles. I have since purchased it and one other book for my own personal library.

This book has lots of tips and design ideas for making mosaics.As a complete novice,I'm enjoying reading the book first before attempting to make my own creation. I'm very pleased with the book and it's swift delivery.
