I'm doing a v8 s10 swap and I needed a small starter and this worked out great.

Glad I purchased!!
Just installed, started right up. Old starter would grind b4 starting, shimmed, was fine for a while. I came to conclusion old starter was tired. Happy so far!! Arrived sooner than expected too!

Short life span
Starter worked fine, then failed after only a few times of use. Since we didn't install it right away the return window has closed and I'm out the money paid for a defective product.

CAUTION-READ ME.
CAUTION!!!! The bolts that came with my starter are too long and bottom out in my block. This could have been catastrophic if I didn’t catch it before tightening down.
