Ordered this shortly after the lockdown was lifted and this is a perfect way to keep myself occupied. In fact, it's an amazing activity you can do with friends and family.Personally I had heard a lot about Kombucha, but never tasted it and I was surprised to find such an amazing kit with all the tools required to get started. Within a week I gifted a friend the same kit and even he's loving it!Pros:- Superb customer support (more on this below)- Amazing packaging, bubble wrap used generously to protect the goods.- All tools you need (which are otherwise difficult to find included) such as a large glass jar, stick-on thermometer, and of course the scoby- Flip top/Grolsch bottles included. These bottles are necessary because they're the only type of bottles that actually create a good seal to keep the fizz in.- Includes small samples of tea/sugar to get an idea of what needs to be used- Health Scoby. Scoby makes the difference between a good vs. bad experience, and the scoby provided was super active. Output was amazing.- Instructions are detailed to get you started, but if you can reach out to their support if you have any issue.Cons:- Literally nothing. Nada.Talking about the customer support, it's available on Whatsapp and it's managed by this awesome person.She was highly responsive and helpful and guided me through the process. Everytime I reached out (and I reached out multiple times), she was always super helpful, I felt I would've tired her with my constant questions but she's super passionate about this and is dedicated to making our experience great.In fact, when I received my package, the lid for the jar had a cracked, and she right away replaced it (well as soon as courier services resumed, but I didn't even have to remind her about this).Frankly, I have never come across such wonderful after sale support. You really have to go for it to know what I am talking about here!

Amazing!!! Very healthy SCOBYGreat packaging.However my first brew caught mould even though I followed all the sanitising instructions. Maybe it was the sugar still not too certain. Hoping the next time ill get it right

Rarely does one have an AMAZING experience with online purchases. This was was a complete exception for me.Had purchased a SCOBY and was pleasantly surprised by the product's packaging, its look and feel, and very easy to comprehend instructions. Being a first time Kombucha brewer, I found this product unique and very enabling. Despite a very healthy SCOBY and the immaculate instructions, my first attempt at brewing Kombucha was a failure. I shared a few pictures of the brew with the seller and got a very prompt response. I found their response extremely friendly, positive and reassuring. Their guidance on next steps was extremely helpful.Without even asking for a second SCOBY, i was sent one. Despite wanting to pay for it, i was very politely offered a complementary product. Although they have a great product, the real game changer is their customer relations. I wish I could reveal the name of the awesome person in their customer relations team who helped me with prompt responses to numerous queries, very friendly demeanour, extremely helpful tips and guidelines to ensure brewing success, proactive communication - to reach out to me on her own to check if I needed more help.This is customer relations 101. She should be teaching in a management school. I have learnt a lot from this experience (I thank her for this customer relations lesson also).In summation, I have been able to brew Kombucha successfully. I give her all the credit. Anyone looking to brew Kombucha should get their product - you will not regret it at all.

The product is ok, but the price of this package is ridiculous. Buy everything individually and you can save a lot. (>700rs)Scoby with starter tea - 600rs5l bottle 200rs2 500ml bottle 250rsaround 400g sugar - 30rsfew packs of tea dust - 50rs1 seave - 40rs1 cloth cover - 30rspaper thermo meter 150rsAll this will cost you MAXIMUM around 1300Rs.- The 500ml bottle looks sturdy but it had lots of micro cracks and both Brocken after a bit of my mom's handling!.- No one messaged me or anything with any advice, I had to brew it myself 100%.And yes the first kombucha brewing may be intimidating and you may want to get everything like I did together, but you are then wasting a lot of money on sub par equipments. And 1ce you do it you will understand its pretty easy and straight forward.Bottom-line is only thing of value in this kit was that kombucha scoby and starter tea which you can get for 500-600rs.

Excellent kit. It has everything you want. The cherry on top is the customer support. I had several doubts and they cleared it all.Highly recommended.

The batch I brewed with scoby received from Zoh Probiotics turned out to be contaminated and had mold in it. Just to save their refund amount, the customer support team put the blame on me for not following procedures as per them. I have a brewing degree and am well aware of the measurements, hygiene, etc. I have successfully brewed batches previously. The hiccup was in their intention. Not at all happy. Buy it on your risk.

This is really healthy and tasty. Packaging is soo good and instructions are given in simple language which is really helpful for fermentation. Highly recommended product.
