Good price but need to get into right first time
Happy with the product although first item sent to me was missing info. The second one sent again missed off the name on one of the sides. I recieved a slightly different design to the one in the pic. And i preferred the one in the pic as the reflective strip was more visible than the one sent to me. My design had stars and wasn't as bold as the one shown in pic. I didn't send for a third one because I got tired of trying to get it right.

The clip is poor quality, the collar had fallen off the cat within one day, and now is lost after I paid money for the personalised tag too

Great!
Lovely collar, looks great! My cat however is a little Houdini and keeps managing to get it off. This is nothing to do with the collars design and more to do with my particular cats determination that he won't wear a collar! Great product!
