S/M is a good fit on head circumference 55cm
Product is OK, has no adjustment as one might expect for a baseball cap, but it does have an elasticated band. I ordered a small medium for my 7 year old and it fits my 55cm head very well and I can get a couple of fingers into the band without making it overly tight. I don't understand why the manufacturer doesn't give a proper fitting measurement, how hard would it be? This S/M cap fits a head circ of about 53.5cm to 56cm. I'd suggest going for the XS size if head is less than 54 cm.

Generous size
I bought this for my son, and as I thought it was a child’s cap, went for what I thought was a suitable size for him. When it arrived, it fit me. Ordered another one in the smallest size possible. Still a little big, but he’s growing!
