The media could not be loaded.  The worst of all was the box, it seems that they too from the garbage, totally broken and old, it is embarrassing for Naturalizer brand, that their product arrives in a packaging that it looks taken from a dump.  On the other hand, one of the boots seems to have been used or on display, it arrived worn, a little crushed and wrinkled, without any protection inside, also the other one has a white mark on the edge of the sole, apparently something from thread, which is very noticeable, I'll have to put a little black dye on it to hide it. In conclusion, both arrived with imperfections, but they are in good condition in general. Although for the price, I think it should have been a higher quality product.

My feet are impossible to fit - 6.5 N. I need removable footbeds so I can add my own arch supports to avoid issues with plantar fasciitis. I love to walk and hike, and I don't want my shoes to slow me down. I also want pretty and sexy shoes. There are very few that meet these criteria. Although these shoes are not the sexiest, they are nice and subtle and classic with some basic details, and they 100% met all my criteria here, including accommodating my own foot support inserts. I could wear them with skirts, dresses, and pants. At work, on nights out, and most importantly - hiking across Europe, on cobblestones in many cities, across pastures, exploring ruins, and hopping on an off trains, running through airports and train stations hauling luggage. The stiffness was quickly walked out with minimal break in time. They aren't hiking boots, but of all the booties I tried before my trip, these were the only ones with decent fit and look with a REAL sole that provided some kind of relief between me and the cobblestones. The primary drawback of these shoes is mentioned by other reviewers: if these are leather, they are not 100% leather construction. These shoes scuff easily, and you can see some blue / non-leather material exposed below. Buff / polish didn't solve this. But since I was on a trip across europe I really didn't care about scuffed shoes - it was going to happen. Did you know you often have to walk up and then down and then up and then down a variety of staircases to get around the train station? scuffed shoes is not as important and real support and traction. They look like they were well used. I'm buying another pair.

I bought these to wear in situations where I need to feel a little more dressed up - ie, some work situations. I love boots and booties, but most of mine are on the casual side, as I live and work in a pretty casual world. However, I do occasionally dress up and these boots are perfect. They go great with slacks and would look cute with a skirt and tights. They are very sleek and unassuming.Naturalizer is a known brand, which is why I selected these. (And I got them for a great bargain during Cyber Week.) I have really hard to fit feet - wide at the top, big toes, yet narrow by the ankles and a high arch. Painting a pretty picture, aren't I? The first time I put the booties on, I was a little concerned they were too tight. (I ordered a wide.) This is mainly due to my high arch, and the fact I had been walking around a lot so my feet were a bit swollen. However, the first day I wore them all day, they completely conformed to my feet and were as light as air! I almost didn't want to take them off! The Naturalizer brand came through.I can wear anywhere from an 8 wide to a 9 regular. 8.5 wide in these booties seem to be the perfect size. Highly recommend these for daily work wear!

I have purchased these shoes two times-I found them on Amazon after my first pair wore out. They are incredibly comfortable for all day office wear and even walking around in the city-20,000 steps several days in a row! That being said, I was surprised at how quickly they looked worn. I wore them most days for 3 months before buying a new pair, but they looked pretty rough for that last month. My second pair didn’t make it through the first day in the office unscuffed. (Granted, I was up and down from kneeling on the floor for CPR certification, but I was still a little disappointed.) That said, they are very comfortable-I’ll get some shoe polish!

I gave these as a gift I originally purchased from a retail store. Shoe was too tight and I returned for a wide width. I was told wide width cost more and they didn't carry "big" shoes. I got a refund. Went online with Amazon and found them for $25 less, not only in wide but extra wide if needed. Free delivery. Very Happy and so is gift recipient. Update: Shoe still too narrow and uncomfortable for wearing to work all day. Leather may stretch but not counting on it. Save your money for comfortable shoes. These are definitely for looks only.

I needed a new flat bootie to wear with black leggings. I'm giving these the highest rating since I'm guessing most people would love them. While I kept them, I do not "LOVE" how they look on my particular foot because of the cut which makes my AAA foot (with slim ankles) APPEAR wider/clunkier than they actually are. Despite that, and the fact that they are a bit short, I kept them because anyone with a AAA foot knows how difficult it is to find ANYTHING that actually fits. My experience is that had I gone a half size up to solve the length issue, the width would have increased along with it. I compensated for the gap around what my husband lovingly refers to as my "pin ankles" by scrunching down my socks. Aside from aesthetics unique to me, the leather is soft and supple, the construction appears excellent and the sole is "bouncy". "Bouncy" is a VERY good thing when you're essentially walking around on AAA BONE. Pop them in your cart, normal-footed ladies. You're probably going to love them.

Los botines son comodisimos, sin embargo no tenia ni una semana con ellos cuando la punta de uno de los botines se le levanto un pedacito de la punta.Cabe aclarar que no los maltrate, los cuide muchisimo porque me encantaron, pero jamas me habia sucedido eso en unos zapatos o botines de piel.Yo pregunto es piel o imitacion? porque la marca y el precio me decian que eran de piel genuina

They boots are so comfortable and fit true to size. I have sprayed them but they look a little worn already and I've only worn them three times and starting to make a squeaking sound when I walk now. Kind of surprised and expected better quality from Naturalizer. Hopefully they will last the rest of the season.

If you order a wide be prepared because they are genuinely wide. A great fitting boot! They’re perfect for being on my feet for 8 hours. The only downside was that they said they were a prime item but they were not two days shipping as stated. Took over a week. Worth it though.
