Cute way to hide your shoes, looks like furniture not a shelf
I am very happy with this shoe cabinet. It hides my shoes and looks like a piece of furniture. It took about two hours to put together, but it seems sturdy. You will probably want to secure it to the wall, especially if you have small kiddos. I guess if all three doors are open it will tip forward. It comes with zip ties to secure it to the wall. I think it looks nice for the price. It is heavy! The box it comes in will need to be manuvered by a strong person. Don't let that deter you I feel like it was worth the $150, the shipping was fast and now at least most of my shoes will have a place to live. It isn't real wood, but I wouldn't expect it to be for the price.

Cute, Inexpensive, Heavy
If I squint a little so as to ignore that the handles and legs are made of black plastic (cheesy and would have been nice to know this in advance), I'd say it's a pretty cute cabinet. I searched a little to find new handles to buy separately, but I couldn't find any with the right hole spacing (seems like a nonstandard spacing, not sure). I knew the package would be heavy, but I was shocked that it was as heavy as it was. If I had attached the legs using the pre-drilled holes on the bottom of the bottom panel, it would have made the legs look vertical from the front and not slanted outward like in the product photos. To make the legs slanted out like in the photos, I pre-drilled new holes allowing for legs to slant out- much cuter I think. I still haven't decided which direction of slant (right or left) for the middle leg. The photos seem to show both options. The cabinet is also 17" deep, not 13.5" deep according to the product description; it turns out I like the extra depth better for my chosen space. Given the plastic handles and legs, the excessive heaviness of the product, the wrong placement of the pre-drilled holes, and the inaccurate listing of the cabinet's depth, I should give it 1-2 stars. In the end though, the cabinet will serve its purpose and is cute enough, so I'll give it a 3.

Measurements not accurate
I love this cabinet. It looks great! However - I bought this for a landing on my stairs and it is nearly 4 inches deeper than the description indicates. Item is described as 13.25 by 46.8 but in actuality it is 17 by 46.8! Having this cabinet come out an extra 4 inches from the wall does not really work in my landing so I am hoping I can find another place for it.I'm happy with it otherwise! It is heavy & solid and is a great style. I just wish it was the size in the description.

Terrible instructions and pre drilled holes misaligned
I should have read the reviews closer. This was a disaster. Looks nice enough if you have the time to redrill holes so the doors hang correctly. It was missing one of the door stoppers on the inside, which isn’t a huge deal, but for what this costs, it should have all been there. The directions were pretty much useless. I had to take apart and re-screw a few different pieces. I had extra parts left over, which is never good. It took me almost 4 hours to put together and that was using a drill instead of a screwdriver. My husband hates that the doors don’t line up flush like they should. So much so he wanted to return but after all my labor of putting it together we decided to keep it. Not to mention it weighs like 70lbs. I wasn’t about to lug that thing to a UPS store to return it.Overall I think it looks ok. But for as pricey as it was - it’s kinda junky. Wouldn’t buy it again or recommend it to anyone else.

Blood, sweat, and tears for a sub-par finished product
Blood, sweat, and tears to put together (literally, all three). This thing is the heaviest piece of furniture I have ever encountered. There is NO reason for it to weigh well over 100 pounds. Getting the box into my home was comical. The panels are like 3 inches thick! Thickness doesn’t equal quality, either. The directions were incorrect at times, the entire assembly took four hours (by myself, highly recommend help if you can), and the result is an average looking piece of furniture that only reminds me of the horrendous construction experience. Doors don’t close properly (yes, I followed the incorrect instructions to a T), so you need to loosen the screws and even make new screw holes in places to get them to close flat. Don’t put this together without protective shoes on, in case you drop a piece. The whole thing weighs about as much as I do. I’ve never screwed so many tiny screws through such dense wood in my life, or hammered, yanked, kicked, and jiggled more moving pieces. Avoid this purchase, save your sanity.

Great look, easy to assemble
I found humor in knowing that I bought this under its description as a side board table but the instructions said shoe cabinet. 😁 No matter, my purpose for purchase was to store DVDs in a midcentury cabinet. The look is great, bounces natural light off nicely. Instructions suggested this be a two person job, and at times during assembly, it would have been helpful. However, I made it work by myself. Once together, the doors do not close completely. Seems like it would have made sense to have a magnetic closure, but alas, not so. I'll be visiting my local hardware store to see what I can do. This is the only reason I give it 4 stars.UPDATE: My hubby went to the hardware store and replaced the stopper with a magnetic closure. He then mounted the magnets on both upper corners of the 2 doors. The single door did not need one. He loosened the screws on the hinges next to the shelves and it closes just fine. I hope you can see the difference in the picture. A little extra work but worth it. It looks great!

Don’t waste your money and time on this crap
Looks good when I opened the box, but looks horrible when I finished. Even when we followed the steps correctly, there is a thick gap in between two cabinets and one cabinet that looks normal, which makes the whole thing look very bad.

The instructions are the worst!
This thing is a nightmare to but together! My husband is a general contractor and he was so frustrated bc there were letters in instructions but none on the pieces! He put it together in about a hour but it was a joke! Also the doors are a little off and there was a small scratch on the top which isn’t a huge deal but for the price it should have been perfect! I would send back but he would kill me after the nightmare of putting it together! If your not handy do not buy this!
