Tvilum Austin 8 Drawer Double Dresser, Oak Structure/White High Gloss

UPDATED: Now that I have had this dresser for about 6 months I need to update this review. This is the absolute WORST piece of furniture I have ever purchased in my life. I'm attaching photos of what happens to the drawers. This is at least once a week that the drawers separate and I have to take all the clothes out in order to screw them back together. A $300 piece of furniture should not be falling apart weekly. And to be clear this does not happen only on certain drawers or drawers with more clothes. This happens on EVERY SINGLE DRAWER including the ones that my boyfriend has literally 5 practically weightless t-shirts in. DO NOT BUY THIS DRESSER.Once assembled, this dresser looks really nice. Very pleased with the quality & appearance. However, the drawers only pull out about halfway so you essentially lose half of the drawer space which is extremely frustrating. I understand it's a safety feature, but would rather have the extra drawer space. Also, for assembly definitely use the app - the paper instructions are pretty confusing and not easy to follow. Definitely took longer than 1.5 hours though even with two people. Overall, if you are looking for a decent amount of storage space you should probably purchase something else.

the dresser is exactly as pictured on amazon. if not even better quality for the price point its absolutely amazing.absolutely beautiful piece of furniture. my wife and i recently bought this dresser for our bedroom and it was the perfect buy. no complaints on the quality and sturdiness of this product it was definitely well manufactured. the cabinets themselves are wider and not as deep as we expected but it still suited its purpose very well. the only downside is that the instructions themselves can be confusing and could definitely be more detailed in order to reduce the time of putting it together. we also believe the manufacture should definitely label and separate the screws accordingly so that putting it together can be a lot more easy than what it is. honestly even with the confusing instructions and all i didn't find it that difficult to put together it just took me longer than expected to do so because just in separating all the screws accordingly in order to place them in the appropriate spaces when i put it together took me around 3 hours alone to do. so yes be prepared this product comes with a lot of screws to put it together just to give you a heads up people. so in total i spent about 6 hours putting this dresser together by myself. hope this helps

Sooooo. I want to preface this by saying it took me a smooth month to get this done because I was waiting on people to help me. Although I had some assistance with a friend coming by to move it from my living room to my bedroom. I was able to get this put together by my self with a few tools and I’m talking pieces/parts to it’s final form! Now, I will say, the pictures and paying attention to detail in the directions will be your BEST FRIEND if you decide to purchase and put together individually. Pretty straight forward though. Love the design and definitely want to get the matching end tables. It was quite the task but not impossible. Love the look.Drawers come out about 3/4ths of the way but I believe that’s because of the safety design to not fall over. Thankfully no kids so I don’t have to worry about that and for now, I have it on carpet so the bottom two drawers aren’t being used but definitely enough space. Now I will say the directions have a little spear thing in the tools and I have a whole pile of screws that I didn’t use..... but it isn’t falling apart and so far so good.‘it’s been together for about 2 weeks now. Everything else was used and they sent a few extras too. Everything came in two boxes and the screws were in a big bag.Definitely plan to change the handles because they’re plastic but for now I love the design.

Bought this dresser to fit in a closet and it works like a charm! The only problem I’m having is the odor that has yet to dissipate. Smells like wood. Had to remove clothes and wash drawers hoping this helps.

The media could not be loaded.  You get what you pay for. It is kind of a pain to put together, but once together it looks nice. The problem I am having the the bottom piece of the drawers (essentially thick cardboard) keeps falling out, which is super frustrating. The piece in the back the drawer that helps hold it together has already cracked in 1 of the drawers. My husband has even tried wood glue and it still keeps coming out of different drawers. So overall, if you are not going to put much in it the dresser is a great value. If you plan on using it for clothes, it might get frustrating...

My daughter picked this out for her room at our new house. We put it together the other night - slightly time consuming as the directions are good, but you have to really pay attention. The finished product is absolutely gorgeous and the dresser is very sturdy!! The ONLY complaints I have is it was a little pricey, however the quality does make up for that AND, the two pieces that tack onto the back of the dresser COULD have been a little better quality as in a little thicker and I was disappointed that the handles are plastic. Overall, this is a great investment!

The instructions suck. If my dresser was going to be in the open, I would have to disassemble it. It is tucked in the closet so I'm not worried about it.There is extra hardware and mine may be missing some hardware.There are no screws to attach the drawer slides to the drawers. There are no instructions either. Again, for my use, it is not an issue. If I had kids around it would.If you plan on over loading your drawers, this may not be the unit for you.

Nice looks nice after put together but the instructions were a nightmare no real description only pictures that are difficult to follow, had to drill my own holes thankfully I had a drill. The bottoms of the dresser is a card stock material. Couldn’t find a screw the fit for the feet of the dresser so had to leave them off. Definitely not worth the price at all in my opinion. I’d send it back but after 3 hours of setting it up I don’t wanna take it apart.
