It’s fiber- not any different from other fiber capsules- except that the clear capsules are stamped FC 119 in blue ink. Love that because I can easily differentiate these capsules from my numerous other supplements in clear capsules. That, along with the great price, will make me a repeat customer. I take these when I don’t take the fiber supplement that you mix in water. Sometimes I just really don’t feel like drinking sweetened orange liquid.

easy to eat fiber
Just your standard fiber pills. Make sure you read the label, drink enough water and DO NOT TAKE medication or pills within two hours of taking any fiber pills or powder. The advantage of the pills is that you don't have a chalky or bad flavor and can take these on the go.
