Not off to a good start...
So where do I begin? This is an expensive piece of kit. As such there is an expectation for high, as advertised, German quality in all areas of the product and that includes shipping and packing. After placing the order, I was then provided the generic Amazon tracking details that had a window of two weeks for delivery. I contacted InnovaMaxx to ask for more detailed tracking for which I received a response quite quickly. Thankfully that tracking showed a delivery time of one week. Yea! All good so far.I then received a text from the shipping company stating my package would be delivered the next day between 08:00 and 17:00. Now please keep in mind that this is a product that includes a hefty £99 shipping charge. I called the shipper to ask for a more specific time window and was informed that all they could do is to have the driver provide a courtesy call 30 minutes before arriving. Not a problem. Thirty minutes notice is more than enough time, especially when as a parent I need to do the obligatory school runs.I completed my morning school run with no issue and no phone call. Waited in the house all day and still no phone call. Went to complete the afternoon school run and still no call. Pulled up in my driveway at 16:00 after picking the kiddos up and what rolls in right behind me? The delivery truck sans no phone call notice. Glad I did not get waylaid on the school run!!!But hey, in the grand scheme of this product purchase, not a deal breaker. The package is delivered albeit with a premium shipping fee that includes no delivery window other than anytime and no notification of impending delivery. Not exactly a premium shipping delivery service for what I consider to be a premium product... at least in price. So now to the unpacking of the product. Before I even beginning the unpack and install, I watch the provided YouTube video on how to unpack and install courtesy of the many QR codes splattered over the box. This is actually a good feature and appreciated because as it turns out the actual written instructions are nowhere near as clear as the video assembly instructions. After unpacking the various pieces, I notice that the foam handlebar grip has been crushed by another item laying on it in the box. I have left this handlebar sitting in the hope that the foam will expand back to its normal shape, Unfortunately, even after several hours the foam has an indentation and has been crushed. This would not be such an issue but 1. It is in the area where you will hold the handlebar when using and 2. This is an expensive piece of kit to already have shipping damage. So now we get to actually assembling the equipment. Step 1 goes without any issue. Step 2... uh oh, the handlebar post jacket is missing. Even after rummaging back through all of the plentiful discarded shipping materials still no jacket :-(So now I am in a quandary, I essentially cannot complete assembling the cross trainer because the missing jacket will then require disassembling a significant part of the machine again to put this missing piece back on. Though if I do not continue assembly what else is missing or damaged? So here I stand on my Saturday morning with a floor full of various pieces and parts and a cross-trainer in state of disassembly. So do I continue to assemble knowing there are both missing and damaged parts, or do I leave this mess of parts laying out on the floor in the hopes that InnovaMaxx will quickly respond to my communication to please replace the parts needed ASAP?So in summary, after day 1 of owning the CX2 cross-trainer I am extremely disappointed in the initial delivery, unpacking, and assembly experience. My overall confidence in what is supposed to be both a premium and an expensive piece of equipment has been severely knocked. If this is how the product is before even actually using it will the product when assembled actually be the expected premium, high-quality product it is touted to be? Or I have just purchased nothing more than an extremely expensive fancy boat anchor?Based on my experience, at the moment I can only give this product the lowest rating of 1 star as I am unable to complete assembly and am unable to actually use the equipment unless I choose to continue assembly with both missing and damaged parts.I hope to report back here in a few more days with an update and to change the rating to 5 stars but this remains to be seen and will depend solely on how well InnovaMaxx stand behind their product and their customer service.Stay tuned!Update 2: So after coming a scupper at step #2 of the assembly process I decided to continue ass to see what else was wrong. Lo and behold got to step #5 and another damaged part. Thankfully this was only minimal -- a broken out screw -- and I was able to fix and move on with completing the assembly.Update 3: So after finally getting the equipment assembled, I then attempted to download and install the eHealth application. This application is no longer available for the Android device. The iOS application is available but has many user interface issues making it unusable on the Apple devices. So as it stands, the health tracker application supposedly provided is totally unusable on either Android or iOS.Update 4: So after contacting InnovaMaxx regarding the damaged and missing parts, a week later I received replacement parts. The missing handlebar post jacket has been provided. However, the damaged foam on the left-hand handlebar grip is still not resolved. I was sent an entire left-hand handlebar with foam already assembled and a replacement piece of foam. The foam already on the replacement handlebar is also damaged. Hence I assume that it is intended for me to remove the damaged foam form the handlebar and slide the replacement piece of foam back on to the handle. Unfortunately the foam is so tight that I see no way to get the replacement foam installed back on the handlebar. So far the only positive I have to say about this product is that the InnovaMaxx customer support dealing with these issues has been both polite and responsive. the equipment itself so far is another matter entirely...Hopefully the upcoming update #5 will be that all issues are resolved and that I am able to *satisfactorily* use the equipment.

Good sturdy cross trainer which does not require electricity to work.
It wasn’t too difficult to assemble. The link they provided didn’t go to the right product video but with a little work we found the right YouTube video which although it was in German did help when used alongside the instructions. My husband is really pleased with the cross trainer and has already realised how much he has missed not being able to go to a gym to use one - a good buy.

10/10! Very satisfying , gym-grade cross-trainer.
You do get what you pay for and it far surpasses cheaper products on the market. It’s sturdy and almost silent running albeit with a slight wobble in the frame. The computer is easy to use and navigate. Assembly is straightforward and online tutorials aren’t necessary, just be sure to oil all bolts and sockets or it will squeak. The variety of digital resistance levels will provide even advanced trainers with a tough, satisfying workout. Overall, i’m extremely pleased with the cross-trainer. It is of the quality of a gym-grade cross-trainer.

Beyond satisfaction
I am more than satisfied of this exercise machine. Sturdy, noise free machine. It is true, you will need to tighten the screws every month, as per instructions, but depends on the usage of the cross trainer. I helped my partner the first time and I learned how to do it by myself, so girls, it's not a big deal at all.I am using this cross trainer for over a month now and I am feeling perfect. It is a complex exercise machine and I definitely recommend this product.

Great for exercise and learning a new language
Took a while to put together but enabled me to learn German at the same time (instructions poor, video great but only in German!). Great piece of kit but make sure you tighten the screws as trying to do it after you have finished is time consuming and tiring.

Incomplete/parts missing and no response from company
This arrived incomplete, parts are missing. I’ve been unable to contact the company. I’ve emailed and it’s been 3 days and no reply. I expected when paying £800+ for this equipment that I would get a complete item and good customer service. Pointless purchase, just some useless junk sat in my conservatory.
