I love these shoes, they are so comfy, look great and are beautifully made.

These boots are lovely, I am a size 6 and these fit perfectly. They are really pretty inside and out, they have a soft lining and a flower pattern insole. The fit round the ankle is not too tight. All in all a lovely boot.I also bought the Tiffin Verona style but I am returning those, the 6 in the Tiffin Verona feels more like a 6.5 and they were really tight round the ankle once the zip was done up. They didn't have the nice lining and insole either.As for Amazon, I paid for One-Day delivery and waited in for my parcel that never arrived. I was told it will arrive within 2 days 'without fail' I wait in again and no parcel. I chase the parcel to be told it was damaged in transit and was sent back to Amazon, nice of them to tell me. I was offered a goodwill gesture of £3, thanks Amazon! that's £1 per day that I waited in, so generous.

These are very well made. They are very comfy and can be worn all day. Love them.

I had been looking forward to buying these shoes for weeks and when they finally arrived I couldn’t wait to wear them. They were really comfortable and I got loads of compliments from people whenever I wore them after about four days the inside soul started to come loose on one of the shoes, then couple of days later exactly the same thing happen to the other one. until every time I wore them the lining would move so much that it would expose the screws underneath. It broke my heart to return them

These boots looked great and are super comfortable. I was shocked after wearing once the heels had scuffed and I'd only worn them one day! The leather wasn't very strong and I'll have to think of a way to disguise the scuffs. Wouldn't expect this from HP as past purchases have been of a higher quality.

I ordered these in size 9 as I have a very long narrow foot and can usually only find size 8s in shops here and the majority of them are too small and squash my toes. I also rarely wear heels. I hoped to wear them to a party but unfortunately they went awol for a few days and didn't arrive until 4 days after due date so I sucked it up and wore something else but when they finally arrived....they were so worth the wait and I love them! So comfortable with a little room to spare even with socks and I wore them all day today whereas I'd usually have kicked anything with heels off after an hour or two. My new favourite footwear 😊

Loved everything . True to size, Victorian look, well made. Wore them all night without any problems.
