Keep it clamped
More hemostats than you have arteries and veins to clamp onto.

Materials are ok, but the tolerances aren't very tight.
The sizes are accurate in the description. The metal seems to be of good quality. The downside that I've noticed is that the tolerances are not very good. The larger clamps do not align very well, with a displacement of about 1mm - 1.5mm.
