I have owned this product for about 2 years now and it still runs like new! We use reverse osmosis for water and my only complaint is when you first start it you have to bleed the water out before steam will come. I recently misplaced the brass nozzle and was unable to locate spare parts for it - I contacted customer support and they resolved my problem the very next day!Great value for the money, good capacity.5/5

This replaced my old steamer that died. Small size makes it easy to hold while cleaning if desired. Cleans roughly 800 square feet before it needs to be refilled. I like the leaver that controls the amount of steam. It came with a hot glove that concerned me the handle would be too hot. But no need to worry the handle stays cool to the touch.

First time buying a steam cleaner and I’m impressed. I originally bought this for my floors and to do my windows and blinds but tried it out on my grout as well. Im embarrassed to say I thought my grout was dark this whole time.. definitely not lol my counters look beautiful and actually clean! I did notice you have to clean out the brush heads from time to time to keep it scrubbing effectively and the water lasted quite a while to be honest. When I needed to refill the tank I had to wait about ten minutes until the cap would come off I’m assuming because it was so hot it had a lot of negative pressure… reason for 4 stars is the hose isn’t as long as I’d like but there’s the two included extensions to reach further … overall I’m happy with it and my parents already want to borrow it lol

I bought this as a backup for my aging floor steamer that I knew was going to go out soon. Wish I would have opened the box sooner. The so called floor pad is nothing more than a thin towel (far from being microfiber) held on by plastic alligator clips. The pad was clearly used as it was a darker grey and had staining on it straight from the box. The other supposed pads weren't even in the box. The unit itself is clumsy and awkward to use. The "steam" leaves floor overly wet to the point I had to use my wet vac to suck up the excess water. The unit runs dry very quickly because of the amount of excess water it sprays out.Unfortunately my old steamer didn't give out as soon as I expected, so this "new" unit didn't get opened soon enough to send back, so it made its way to the trash after the 3rd use. Though more expensive, I'm going back to the HAAN Floor Sanitizer unit that offers longer cord, very hot steam, leaves a fairly dry floor, and easy to use and store. I can do my 3600sq ft of floor with one tank of water with the HAAN and leaves a noticeably clean pleasant smell to the house. This unit would have taken at least 5 tanks, with very slow heating in between.

There is nothing to dislike about this steam cleaner. I’m an RideShare Driver contracted through Uber so you can imagine the amount of wear and tear my Camry goes through. I bought this specifically so I wouldn’t have to pay hundreds of $$$$ to get it detailed every other month. It got the stains out of the upholstery like magic. I always wiped down the dash, doors, front console, and everything else with that Armor All Protectant but even though it got it to shine I never realized the dirt and grime that is left imbedded in the door panels and the console between the driver and passenger seats. This amazing steamer got it all out, and disinfected it all at the same time so I don’t have to go back and do something twice. I went to the car wash, paid for the most expensive wash there is, and when I got home I saw the steamer had been delivered. Well I put everything together and after I got the inside done I researched and found out it is safe on paint and you can do the exterior of your car as well. At first I thought I just paid like $12 dollars for a car wash I shouldn’t need to do anything to the exterior. So I tested it. I will never waste my money at a car wash again. I started with the rear passenger door and the amount of dirt and grossness that was still on there was not only disgusting but infuriating that I pay to wash my car 2-3 times a week and all this crap is still on my car afterwards? Hint: while you are using the steamer on the exterior of your car have your garden hose ready also. After you steam clean a section, say the front panel take the hose and wash the dirt off the steamer just loosened for you. You’d car will look amazing. Don’t waste your money on the small handheld steamers when it comes to using it for your vehicle. Buy this bigger one cause once you’re done with your vehicle go inside and do your kitchen, bathrooms, floors and see what regular cleaning has been leaving behind. You won’t go back to rags and chemicals ever again.

This is a good product however if I was to do this again I would pay for the better Brands out there however this hose on this machine is very short the steam does not get up to the temperature it says unless it is in side the machine the steam coming out does not get enough to sanitize anything in my book however it does clean very well with the pressure you cannot hold the steamer down and expect had to last 30 minutes you will be lucky if it lasts 5 minutes overall it does the job but not worth the money I would not spend more than 50 bucks for this item

AMAZING PRODUCT!! I was skeptical because the website seemed translated funny so I thought it was a bad product. I WAS WRONG IT IS THE BEST STEAMER EVER!! In 2 hrs I did a queen bed an 7 pillows a full bed with 3 pillows 5 curtains toilet grout wall grout and my floors and sliding glass windows. You do not have streaks after using this! No glass cleaner needed!!! I used it on my baseboards also and it actually peeled paint off in the max setting.. which is what i want to see!!! Almost like a power washer.... but with steam!!! It holds more water than you think!! 1.5 ml goes a long way with this tank!!! The accessories are amazing and it came with extra parts. GO FOR THIS PURCHASE!!!!
